Lilac tree (No. 2 on the sketch plan) in the garden to rear of 81 Cavendish Road, crossing the boundary into 79 Cavendish Road. After inspection by an arborist, to remove a 4m by 12cm lilac stem which, while still partially attached to the tree in No. 81's garden, has fallen into a crook in the plum tree (No. 1 on the sketch plan) in No. 79's garden.

T1- Horse Chestnut- reduce lowest North Easterly lateral limb over rear boundary by 3 meters back to a secondary lateral to reduce the risk of end loading. T2- Horse Chestnut- reduce large Easterly mid crown lateral limb over lawn by 2 meters back to a secondary lateral to reduce the risk of end loading.

Sycamore remove lowest small branch growing across boundary into Pear Tree shorten other branch growing into Pear to clear canopy by 2m.

G1 - Trimming back by 0.5m to property boundary overhanging Sambucus 1 is the only tree not within my property, but in the grounds of the Schoolhouse, School Lane. If approval is given I will discuss with my neighbour before proceeding with this tree and also offer back any trimmed branches. All work will be carried out by a professional arborist. G2 - Trimming of stray Leylandii branch by 1m G3 - Removing top stray branches and trimming of Hawthorn and Elder by 0.5m G4 - Reducing in height by 0.5m Silver Birch x 3 G5 - Reducing height and trimming of Greengage/ Prunus by 0.5m G6 - Trimming of Cypress x 2 by 0.5m

T1 & T2 Yew trees which overhang our front drive reduce by approx 2.3 m - see photo -to reduce back to the boundary. Both trees are located in the back garden of 35 High Street (neighbour). T3 Rear garden Remove a number of dead limbs (4 in all) on a Yew tree that overhangs the boundary line as per the annotated photo. The tree is located in the back garden of 35 High Street (neighbour). The limbs in question were badly damaged in a fire a few years ago and as a result, have now died.

T1 - Mature Yew - Gentle Crown Lift to 7ft to improve light below as the grass is starting to die. It is very dark in the property aswell. T2 - Mature Yew - This tree exhibits a heavy lean directly over the neighbours property. It has in the past been routinely hacked right back to the boundary and has now created a thick wall of dense foliage blocking all of No.29s light into there garden and house. Sadly the tree seems to have lost its natural form due to the harsh management and now resemble more of a heavy pollard and has lost its amenity value. Fell T3 - Mature Yew - Gentle pruning away from car port to provide a 2m clearance. And a 7ft crown lift to improve light.

6 x Horse Chestnuts (along road side boundary) - Crown Reduce and shape by maximum 1.5.metres and prune lateral banches into shape , remove dead wood and any dangerous branches overhanging the road, sever ivy at base of trees. Willow ( rear of property) fell - large amounts of decay in main stem and large split throught the crown.

5 Ash Trees at the eastern end on the northern boundary (A- shaded grey) : Crown to be reduced evenly from 12m to 8m 1 Ash Tree at the eastern end on the northern boundary 12m (A-shaded solid black): to be removed entirely as the area is too crowded and this tree is impacting the crown of the Robinia Pseudoacacia 1 Ash Tree stump at the eastern end on the northern boundary (A-red pattern fill): to be removed entirely as already dead and overgrown with Ivy.

T2422 Plum at 22 High Street ~ Reduce crown in height by 3.0 metres and 4.0 metres laterally to reduce weight and load above decay, of which there is some evidence at base.
