Ash Tree - dead - Fell It has a split running vertically up the trunk. It has a hole in the trunk that is rotten and leaching purple slime. It is unstable in the ground and moves when pushed. We are concerned it may fall before it can be felled. It sits close to a very old, beautiful oak tree, the fear is that it may fall on that and damage it. Plum - this tree has a large split down the centre which has split the tree in half. It is in our clients garden but has grown through the fence and is encroaching on the shared (with neighbours) space. Fell
