Oak - (Located along west side of property bounding bridle way (Pedlars Path)- Removal of thin growth no more that 50 mm in diameter. T3 oak - 2 m crown reduction to previous pruning points, T4 oak - 3-3.5 m crown reduction to previous pruning points, T5 oak - 0.5-1.5 m crown reduction to previous pruning points, T6 oak - 2-2.5 m crown reduction to previous pruning points, T7 oak - 3 - 4 m crown reduction to previous pruning points. Reason: to reduce shading to the garden and to remove branches that are over-hanging the property; G1 - 4 x Silver Birch's- Located on eastern side boundary- (G1) 1, 2 & 3 Silver birch - 2-2.5 m height reduction. (G1) 4 Silver birch furthest north - Reduce lowest lateral limb on western aspect 1 m to elbow, 2 m crown reduction & thin to remove dead or crossing branches. Reason: General maintenance

TPO/2006/072 T2, T3 & T4 (Oaks) - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. W1 Oak, Field Maple, Willows - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. TPO/2008/110 G5 Oaks - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. T5 Oak (on plan) within G5 Oaks is to be felled. This tree is very close to the boundary fence. G6 Ash, Blackthorn and Oak - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. Reason for all: The property is a secure mental health unit. Recently the secure perimeter fence has been compromised where overhanging tree branches and larger trees located in close proximity to the perimeter fence have been used to facilitate the security breach. This has been highlighted as a safeguarding issue.

T1 Poplar- 10 m crown reduction to scaffold limbs, 5 m crown lift on roadside, 3.5 m clearance from streetlight, removal of: deadwood and shoots on the grass between Kings Way footpath and boundary wall. Reason: There are notable pockets of decay at the base of the stem and the tree owner is concerned that it has regained its original size from the previous reduction and has decay along with resonance from a sounding mallet that implies hollowing at the base of the stem. Reducing the 19m canopy by 10m removes the 6m of re-growth and a further 4m to reduce the sail size of the canopy.

G1 - 4 x Myrobalan Plum - (North west boundary of Mill Road); Tree 1- Selectively reduce crown by 1.5-2 meters on lateral limbs to adequate growth points to remove sufficient tip weight on limbs and to reduce overhang of building and garden. Height reduced by 1-1.5 meters to balance out trees shape and also to remove weight from upper crown, thin by 10%; Tree 2-4 - Selectively reduce crown by 1-1.5 meters on lateral limbs and height. Reasons for All - Trees have suffered limb failure in past, leaving them unbalanced and over extended limbs being exposed to further limb failure. With suggested work we can reduce this risk and maintain the trees, giving a natural shape and appearance.

T14 & T15 Lime- Located along rear boundary - pollard to previous heights. Reason: To maintain the health of the trees and minimise the impact on the neighbouring properties.

T3 Oak - Located to the front (Mill Lane side) of Quinlan Court- crown reduction by 2-3m and remove epicormic growth/branches from trunk to crown break and dead wood. Reason:To encourage strength, inner vitality and the overhang to the roof of the building bothers the residents; T1 Oak - Located adjacent to the road on the boundary- Removal of two lowest limbs/sub boughs/branches from over the road from the lowest main bough. Reason: Overhanging Mill Lane.
