W1 - Multi-stem ash with Chalara- Cut back from 55 Craiston Way and reduce crowns by approx 3m. Reason: To reduce nuisance and make tree safer to manage as Chalara progresses

All within G1- T1 (on map) Hornbeam: All round reduction by 3 metres and re-shape; T2 (on map) Field Maple: Coppice to 1 metre above the ground. No utility value; T3 (on map) Oak: All round reduction by 3.5 - 4.0 metres and re-shape. The amount of bird mess under the tree, reaching across the gardens, is a concern due to small children in both affected properties; T4 (on map) Hawthorn: Fell to the ground as tree is dead. This tree sways considerably in high winds and is a concern; T5 (on map) Hawthorn: Top reduction by 2.0 - 3.0 metres and re-shape; T6 (on map) Oak: All round reduction by 3 metres and re-shape.

Installation of a root barrier, The proposed works involve installing a root barrier as described in the attached feasibility study. The barrier will be a minimum of 5-6 metres away from any protected tree. Reason: causing subsidence.

T3 Malus (T1 on plan) - Reduce lateral limbs by 1m and vertical limbs by 2m. Reason: Branches chafing against buildings.

W1- Cut back all overgrown vegetation and tree branches from approx. 230 linear metres of Tree line up to 12 metres from ground level and back by approx. 2 metres in depth (In line with the curbs edge), Cut approx. 30m2 area over self set trees and overgrown vegetation on the corner of the building to 50mm from ground level. Reason: Overhanging store roof and will start to grow into the building and damage the roof.

T1 & T2 Cooper Beech- Whole crown reduction by 2m. Reason: To give sufficient clearance to property and to safeguard the future life of the trees

T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

W1 Ash x1- Reduce crown by 3 meters vertically and 3 metres laterally via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques, branches will be dropped in a designated drop zone. W1- Plum trees- Section fell approx. 30m2/35 linear metre area of Plum Trees via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques, that are situated within 0.5 metres of the neighbouring fence line, we will fell the Trees to 50mm from ground level and then we will install eco plugs to the remaining stumps to prevent re-growth. W1-Mature Plum trees- Pollard 85m2/35 linear metre area of mature Plum trees via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques. Reason for works: To support more light into neighbouring properties.

T3 Ash- Located in rear garden of 19 Trotwood Close- Reduce the crown height and spread by 1.5m. T8 Oak-Located in rear garden of 15 Trotwood Close on the boundary with 17 Trotwood Close - Crown reduce by 1.6m Reason: The tree completely covers the neighbouring property's garden making it very dark .

G1 Caucasian Wing Nut - 3 m lateral crown reduction, 3.5 - 4 m height reduction, up to 10% thinning. Reason: The tree is excessively large, shading and a large amount of debris going into the neighbouring property, a large amount of debris also going onto the public footpath and road.
