Beech Tree - T25- Crown lift to an approximate height of the house gutter to give a clearance below the trees crown to allow light to the property from underneath the tree. The reduction of branches growing towards the property to give a 1.5 metres clearance from the structure. The reduction of branches to clear telephone wires. A 25% crown thin to allow light through the crown which would also remove dead wood and any weak branches. Birch-T13- Remove Ivy rather than just severing at the base to allow more light and crown clean to remove dead wood and inspect. No pollard advised. Poplars-G6- Fell and replace due to their poor condition and reduced amenity value. We would proposed to replace with acer platanoides which we though a good choice based on colour and advised as ideal for avenues.

T30 Hawthorn - fell as in decline due to previous suppression of growth giving a veyr low amenity value. Replace with ornamental cherry (if acceptable). T26 Maple - clean crown to remove epicormic growth, reduce overcrowding, and improve health. T31 Sycamore - Removal of ivy from tree to improve growth. T32 and T33 Beech - To cut back over hanging branches A) to increase height/clearance over car parking area of ex. NEDDC, B) to giv 2m clearance to avenue house surgery (Tennyson Avenue)

TPO 226 Oak - pruning of branches that are almost touching the house

T1 Ash (Fraxinus Excelsior)- Overall crown reduction to BS3998: 2010 - Recommendation for Tree Work, of 1-2m to reduce lateral branch weight and mechanical stress due to the tree being infected with Hymenoscyphus Fraxineus (Ash Dieback) and in close proximity to the house.

Cut the root of the lime tree which is near to the house. Trace the root back and cut as far back as possible.

Crown thin by (15-20%), crown lift by (5m), selective pruning (from house by 2m).

TPO 234, map reference 94 1) Scots pine T1 remove low branch overhanging rockery, effecting growth of magnolia tree. 2)Scots pines T4, T5 and T6, remove, growth effectung telephone cable to house. Somersall Lodge T1. Remove because it's too close to the house and the trepidation the owner has to put up with is not justified by its relatively low amenity value. Replant with one Red Maple (10-12) elsewhere in the garden. There is not really space to replant in the same position.

5 Elm Trees all self sets - to remove. 2 situated on the edge of the woodland 14 mtrs from the house. Confirmed all dead or dying from Dutch Elm. 1 Horse Chestnut - badly infected with canker - to remove. Various self sets and scrub trees to remove to allow others to flourish.
