T1 - Mature Beech tree to fell - The tree stands on edge of St Nicholas Church boundary with Daylesford Estate, with Oddington Parish council requesting the leaning and weighted Beech which significantly extends towards St Nicholas Church to be removed, as direction of tree fall, should it occur, will be into the church and at the location of a Doom painting within the church which is historically priceless. Daylesford Estate has no objection to tree removal and will undertake the operation.

Roadside verges, approximately 70m to the west and 150m to the east, as indicated on the site map. Cut all vegetation between the road and the existing chain link site boundary fence to ground level. Crown raise all material overhanging from the adjacent woodland to approximately 4.0m to allow visibility for lorries leaving site.

Fell Lawson cypress TPO T14 Due to proximity to boundary drystone wall, the radial growth of buttress roots is causing direct damage to the drystone wall which is bowing out over the verge of the adjacent off-site driveway. Replace the Lawson cypress with a suitable species of tree suggested species hazel or field maple to be planted in a suitable nearby location but with a minimum separation distance from the wall of 1.5m.

T1/T2/T3 - Species - Sycamore - Crown thinning and Crown raise by no more than 1.5m from existing height. Trees are located approx 7m from the west boundary of the rear garden of 10 Bristol Road. They are located within a council owned recreational ground.

T1 Goat willow (over hanging boundary fence) - tree is decayed at base and covered with ivy and presents risk to Guinness property - fell to ground level. T2 Goat willow (large leaning tree over property boundary) - tree is risk to Guinness property and neighbouring property - Fell to ground level. T3 Sycamore - South east canopy - Branches growing towards Guinness property, 14-19 Hardie Close - reduce branches to give 3m clearance from dwelling, where possible cut back branches to main stem to ensure good clearance for future growth. East canopy - Branches overhanging communal area only - crown lift to 6m, reduce remaining overhanging canopy by up to 2.5m (back to boundary fence) and reshape upper canopy where necessary. All pruning to be back to suitable growth points or branch union, leaving tree in good form

T1 & T2 - Lime tree Crown reduction. To be achieved by reducing the length of branches over the neighbours boundary ( Alexander Drive) by up to 2m. Crown lifting up to 5m and crown thinning to remove the close growing and touching branches. Remove all epicormic growth; T3 - London Plane - 20% crown reduction

Thinning and pruning works - only in wooded strip along the South East boundary of the site which has not been thinned previously (not affecting the road frontage tree belt) Prune low branches from the mature beech and sycamore and limes on the inner edge of the tree belt, on the sides of the crowns facing into the site, to give 4.5m clearance on the site side. Remove the dead conifer and ivy clad sycamore stump that is nearly dead. Remove the two squirrel damaged, leaning sycamores in the southern corner. Remove 10 small diameter (under 200mm) sycamores and lime sucker shoots in the group, leaving the larger trees in the belt unaffected.

T1 - Lime tree to be crown lifted and reduction of lower canopy on house side only, reduction of approx. a third where necessary, the branches overhanging the boundary

Group of 4 sycamore trees on boundary with neighbouring property at Garden House - Crown reduction of 25% volume and the removal any deadwood

G1 - 1 x Ash and 1 x Lime - laterally cut back on the West side back to 1m outside the boundary line. Cutback to height of 30ft. This is due to enroachment onto the property and especially over the hedge which is being crowded by the trees
