Pruning and lopping of approximately 42 conifers on south eastern rear boundary of the property as shown on the plan and in the photos attached, to reduce height from between 40-60 feet to form a hedge of approximately 20 feet to reduce excessive shading, enable more light to access the property and also 15 High Mill Road and increase amenity.
