TPO.40 - T1 Oak (Quercus) - Remove major deadwood throughout whole crown area, reduce overextended limb towards house to give approximately 2m clearance from the property - Final spread 10m

TPO 518 T2 sycamore. The southern tree is very large and encroaching on the house, coming into contact this year. And will require a trimming and pruning to restore a 2m clearance to the building as well as needing crown cleaning to remove dead ivy and the crown will to be trimmed and lifted by up to 3 metres above the public pavement. TPO 518 T3 sycamore. The tree to the north has a lot of dead ivy that will need to be cleaned from the crown and as this tree was choked for a long time by the ivy a crown had not fully developed so tree surgery will be needed to remove deadwood and help a new crown form.

The tree is at the entry to our home and is in a lane very close to houses and flats and is in danger of falling. I'm wanting to remove the Tree asap as the tree is dead so it is at high risk of falling on a property or a person and want to act asap.

Bay (T1) - fell due to height and proximity to house. Replant with a new native tree in the garden that will be kept in check with regular pruning. The Bay is now over 7.5 metres tall and only 3.2m from house and 2.3m from garage. TPO/1968/0086

TPO/2008/0414 Red Horse chestnut (T1) - pollard at 10 metres high - fungal decay in main limbs. Horse chestnuts (T2, T3) - reduce crowns by 3-4 metres, reshape - both trees are very close to adjacent house causing excessive shading, blockage of gutters and risk of root-related subsidence damage. 3 Sycamores (T4) - reduce to previous pruning points - cyclical maintenance.

Our client would like to apply to prune an early mature Holm Oak, labeled as T1 on the accompanying Sketch Plan, Ref CCL 10459. We would like to apply to undertake the following works: - Reduce the overall height of the tree from 14m down to 12m. - Reduce the north North canopy from 6.5m down to 5m. - Reduce the East canopy from 6m down to 4.5m - No pruning proposed to the south canopy. - Reduce the West canopy from 5m down to 3.5m. TPO 370 The reason for undertaking such works is that the tree has a large growth potential and is planted too close to the house. Hence, ongoing maintenance of the tree is required to maintain an adequate clearance distance. The property has also recently suffered from vegetation-related subsidence so appropriate management is required to reduce water uptake and future subsidence risks.

Front T1 - Lime (TPO/2008/0781) dead tree, suggest fell to ground level. Rear T2 - Plum in close proximity to building, this tree is smothered in creepers and debris Suggest fell to ground level and remove all creepers to a manageable height. T3+4 - Leylandii cypress hedge close to the house. Suggested works are to reduce in height by 1.5m and trim remaining growth to contain and remove creeper. T5 - Goat willow, small suppressed tree, fell to ground level and poison stump. T6 - Leylandii cypress, mature tree that is covered in ivy that has outgrown its location. Suggest fell to ground level by sectional takedown. T7 - Leylandii cypress, stand alone tree. Suggest fell to ground level by sectional takedown. T8 - Elder, growing on boundary line in close proximity to the house. Suggest fell to ground level and remove stump.

T1 Large Eucalyptus: Reduce canopy by 30% approx. 2-3m from all aspects to shape, lower height of Ivy by 3-4m. Reason: Becoming to large, fast growing, to maintain given potential size at maturity. T2 Horse Chestnut clad with Ivy with large suckering stem: Lower Ivy to 3m and reduce remainder by 25% approx. 2m from height and width to balance and shape. Reason: Close to wall, poor form with suckering stem, for general maintenance. T3 Yew: Reduce canopy by 15% up to 1,5m to contain and shape, remove dead weak branches. Reason: becoming overcrowded and blocking light, general maintenance. T4 Robinia Pseudoacacia: Reduce canopy by 20% approx 1-2m and lower Ivy down to 3m. Reason: Veteran tree, to reduce weight and balance canopy. T5 Yew: Fell to ground level. Justification - Exposed root and soil heave, A Symmetrical, heavy shading, branches affecting neighbour and hitting property, poor form suppressing adjacent trees and shading lawn. T6, 7 X2 Holly: Reduce by 25% up to 1.5m to balance and shape. Reason: Leaning into house and supressed by surrounding trees, leggy, for general maintenance and to balance. T10 , 11 , 12 - X3 Row of Lime trees: Reduce height by approx. 3m, reduce remaining aspects by 1-2m to shape, raise to 5.5 statutory requirement over highway. Reason: Overgrown and crowded, heavily impacting on highway and blocking light to garden, T9 Ivy Clad tree: Reduce by approx. 2m to shape and reduce weight / wind sail. Reason: Ivy growth only to reduce weight and wind sail and maintain aesthetics. T8 Oak: Reduce by up to 1.5m all round, remove dead weak and crossing branches, target prune dead stubs. Reason: Unsuitable for location at maturity, to contain and shape, poor form and poor previous pruning, some die back possibly due to ground compression. TPO/2008/0601
