T5: Turkey Oak - reduce canopy by 3m over no.18's back to boundary with cuts taken back to growth points, no larger than 75mm diameter.

T1 through to T5, oaks, from south to north respectively: (Maximum height of trees some 17m, average crown spread to west some 6m) 1. Crown lift trees on the east side over the garden to 4m above ground level removing epicormic branches only 2. Reduce height of trees by up to 3m 3. Reduce western crown spread of T4 by approximately 2.5m (over the car park)

T1: Oak - prune and reduce the crown height and spread, removing all significant deadwood found within the crown and removing branch lengths of up to 2-3m in length and making natural target pruning cuts of up to 150mm in diameter.

T1 and T2: Copper Beeches - cut the growth back from the road, leaving it 0.5 metres inside of the rail which runs along the road; and raise the clearance, above the road, to 4.5 metres. Prune braches of T2 to provide a clearance of no more than 0.75 metres around phone line..

T1, pine - shorten first order branches over neighbours garden by 1-2m to a suitable side branch on west side. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary. T2, pine - shorten back upper branches over drive by approximately 1m. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary. T3, pine - shorten first order branches on west side, over neighbours garden by approximately 1m to a suitable side branch. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary. T4, pine - shorten first order branches on west side over neighbours garden. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary.

T1, Eucalyptus : fell to ground level.

Horse chestnut reduction - Reduce by 2m only on the east side of the tree leaning over the roof of the house. Cut to suitable growth points to preserve health and form of the tree, thinning and dead wooding will also be carried out where necessary.

T1: Silver Birch: prune and crown reduce via thinning by approximately 10%, making natural target pruning cuts of up to 25mm in diameter, removing branch lengths up to 2m. T2: Black Pine - fell.

T1, Holm Oak : crown lift foliage to 3 metres above ground level. T4, Holm Oak : fell to near ground level. This small tree has been cut back numerous times to prevent it from fouling the overhead powerlines, it is unlikely to ever be able to reach its full natural size. Beech: crown lift to 3m above ground level and reduce extending lateral limbs by a maximum of 1m. T8, Holm Oak : repollard at previous pollard point at 6-7 m above ground level. T22, Holly : reduce height by 1-2m and trim sides lightly to shape. T25, Sycamore : fell or dismantle in sections to near ground level. This tree has been steadily declining for a number of years and is now in a poor condition. T30, Holm Oak : repollard at 4m above ground level. T31, Sycamore : reduce lateral spread by cutting back all foliage to approximately in line with eastern edge of gravel path, cutting back to suitable growth points.

T1, Ash with Ash Die Back : removal to the ground level (or very hard cutting); replacement planting
