TPO SCDC 97 0100 Fell Pine tree, it has become very tall and several large limbs have failed and damaged the fence underneath.

TPO 20 Front garden T1 & T2 Horse chestnuts - Roadside limb lifted and limbs going over drive reduced up to 3m on both trees to help give a balanced and even trees T3 -Sweet Chestnut - Reduce overhang back to fence line to clear pumping station entrance. Reason: remedial pruning works

TPO 411 Trees located within woodland of Homestead Woodland Ave, behind 25 Holly Close G1 (on plan) Group of trees located in woodland behind - Reshape all overhanging laterals back to boundary fence line. Reason - Reduce encroachment and bird waste on property

T1 Oak - tree off site in adjacent woodland area. To reduce back to main stem branches overhanging boundary fence.

5 trees have TPO on my neighbours land. Application is to have these cut back to the fence / borderline to prevent further damage to my property and cars. At least 2 trees require cutting back.

Two scots pine situated immediately behind our rear boundary fence. Branches from the tree overhang our land significantly and are close to touching the property. The debris from over-hanging branches has damaged garden furniture and other structures. The needles block guttering and overhanging branches house pigeons with persistent excrement on furniture etc... work to the trees will include some crown lifting and some crown reduction. Lower spreading branches to be removed. Reduction on other overhanging branches to fence/boundary line. Height of trees will remain the same - spread reduced approx 50%

The trees are in the area TPO of The Copse, Martlesham but are adjacent to 39, Crown Close, Martlesham and are blocking all TV and Satellite signal. T1 Pine tree, Reduce by 12' bringing it level to the ridge of 39 Crown Court T2 Sycamore, Reduce by 10' bringing it level to the ridge of 39 Crown Court T3 Sycamore, Re-coppice, Its a small stool growing around a chestnut and overhanging the fence.

TPO ESCC/66/00058 W1 Rear garden - trees numbered as per plan T1 - Species unidentified as covered in too much ivy - Crown Reduce and shape by approx. 30% and remove Ivy. Reason: tree has grown too high and covered in ivy the reduction should rejuvenate tree as it appears to still be alive. T2 Believed to be a Maple also covered in ivy - Fell to ground level the tree is covered in ivy and located on boundary with No 6. Reason: Tree covered in Ivy and on boundary, to make garden more secure for children a fence will be erected along this boundary. The applicant intends to plant extra trees, to have an orchard to grow apples, pears & plums

TPO SCDC 08/0227 T1 Oak - crown lift to 3-3.5m over fence and drive, remove deadwood and cut ivy; to ease access to house and make tree safer for area around it.

To fell 2no. Limes that have responded badly to previous pollarding by producing masssed epicormic growth and little top growth, causing damp and decay to fence and summerhouse. Replanting with more appropriate species is proposed.
