Both trees overhang a public footpath before extending over the boundary line of property 32 Aspin Oval. The reduction of end weight overhanging the boundary will help reduce the risk to public safety and damage to property with the potential of summer branch drop or storm damage snap outs occurring.

The tree has lost a few limbs over the years and she is concerned that this could cause damage to her property.

Removal of two lower branches to 1 no. Cypress (T1) - currently damaging the boundary wall of a Grade II listed building. The larger branch (Photos P1 and P2) is resting on the top of the wall and tree movement in winds has dislodged the copings and cracked the pointing. The smaller branch (P3) is causing similar damage. Both branches to be cut back clear of the wall and close to the truck. The wall damage will then be repaired. TPO01/2021
