T6- Oak. (Growing towards house 20) - . Snapped out branch on limb growing towards building. Cut back limb to fork to prevent any future snap outs near building. Cutting 3 branches by up to 3m from tips. See edited image attached

1. Lift low canopy from one Western Hemlock on left of drive when entering from Reading Road North (Tree #1) to approximately 6 m primarily by the removal of the first five lowest life branches. 2. Lift low canopy from tree #2 (English Oak), trees #3/4 (Lime), tree #5 (English Oak), overhanging drive lifting to approximately 7 metres - approximate level with upstairs guttering on house - by the removal of lower secondary branches pruning back to a suitable live secondary growth. 3. Fell to ground level one suppressed Silver Birch (tree 6) with a defect at approximately 5 m. Work has been advised and defined by Cedardale Arboricultural Specialists Limited.

1. T1 Fig - Crown reduce by 3m to previous points leaving tree at height of 3m. so as to maintain tree at a proportional size for space it grows in and prevent damage to and from passing vehicles. 2. T2 Indian bean tree - crown lift to 4-5m as encroaching onto neighbouring property and causing extensive shading 3. T3 Hornbeam - Crown reduce by 4m to leave at 8m height with crown radius of 3m as tree is touching fabric of building causing extensive shading and contributes to movement and cracking of adjoining garden wall 4. T4 Yew - Fell as in decline. Thin crown and yellowing foliage. Felling would alleviate to some extentshading that has been an issue to closest house for a number of years 5. G5 x2 Yew - Trim back faces by up to 0.5m as previously undertaken. to alleviate shading of property and maintain width at there present extent and prevent further encroachment 6. T6 Cherry - Crown reduce by 2m to previously reduce points to maintain size at 4.5m height and 2.5m radius. relative to its position and prevent encroachment onto paths and over parking bays

1. T1 T2 2x Oak - fell these previously pollarded trees as they are too close to the garage 2. T3 Acacia - fell this leaning unbalanced tree which will leave room for Oaks to grow into & prevent falling on house

1). Reduce one Hornbeam on left side boundary by approximately 6 metres to a final height of approximately 6 metres and a finished radius of approximately 2 metres to suitable live secondary growth to allow in light for the photovoltaic panels on the roof. 2). Reduce height of one Beech next to summerhouse by approximately 4 metres - to a final height of approximately 10 metres and a finished radius of approximately 2-3 metres - pruning to suitable live secondary growth. 3). Reduce and reshape to previous reduction points retaining smaller growth at reduction points for shape one mature Beech. Reducing by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a finish height of approximately 15 metres and a finished radius of approximately 3 metres. 4). Fell to approximately ground level triple stemmed suppressed leaning Beech on rear boundary. 5). Shorten back branches by approximately 2.5 metres giving a finish radius of approximately 4 metres to rear of house from one mature Beech back to previous reduction points, reducing . back approximately five longer branches. Remove one long limb over summerhouse approximately 20 cm in diameter from the Beech. The tree is in joint ownership between the client and owner of 41 Elvetham Road. The shortening back from the client property is part of the tree owned by the client. The removal of the limb over the summerhouse would require the consent of the owner at the adjacent property at 41 Elvetham Road.

1. Evergreen tree - Fell In front of house and want to take down a meter from the ground

1. 2 x Birches in centre of grass - fell and remove. 2. Hornbeam by house - reduce branches overhanging house by 4 m and raise crown up to 5 metres. 3. Gingo Bilboa - Fell and remove as it is crowded by other trees. 4. Liquidamber by garage - remove branch overhanging garage and lift lower branches to approx 4 metres. 5. Remove dead pine next to field gate. 6. 3 x beech, 2 x prunus avian, 1 x Holm Oak, 1 x Sycamore, 1 x Poplar, 1 x Oak, 1 x Maple. -Raise crowns to 5 metres on trees along field boundary. 7. 2 x birches behind garage - lift crown by 5 m and tidy. 8. Fruit trees to right of garage - thin by 30%. 9. Tree (Unknown species) to right of garage - thin by 30%. 10. Weeping willow - Pollard to previous reduction points. 11. Sycamore on left hand boundary - remove lower branch.

Oak tree (rear garden of 18 Morley Close) - Crown reduce by 1.5 - 2 meters To allow more light into garden/house This was last done in 2008

1. Oak - Reduce back to previous reduction points laterial limbs growing over house. Selectively reduce other laterial branches by upto 2.5 m to achieve a balanced Crown.

SOUTH SIDE 1. T1 Oak - Prune laterally on north and west side of crown reducing radial growth from 12m to 8m and remove deadwood (originally no objection application reference: 20/02250/CA 29 Oct 2022 attached) 2. T2 Oak - Prune laterally on north side of crown reducing radial growth from 9m to 6m and remove deadwood (originally no objection application reference: 20/02250/CA 29 Oct 2022 attached) 3. T3 Oak - Prune laterally on north side of crown reducing radial growth from 9m to 6m and remove deadwood (originally no objection application reference: 20/02250/CA 29 Oct 2022 attached) WEST REAR 4. G4 Holly Bushes - Reduce height by 50% and trim back (not CA Protected, just for reference) NORTH SIDE 5. T5 Beech, Sycamore and Norway Maple - Trim back by 3m back to suitable growth points removing South side branch from each tree (originally no objection application reference: 17/02453/CA 29 Nov 2017 attached) 6. T6 Silver Birch - Prune laterally on south and west sides of crown reducing radial growth from 6m to 4m. Routine maintenance of tree near to house (originally no objection application reference: 20/02250/CA 29 Oct 2022 and work carried out attached) but to further reduce crown in height by 33%
