1. 4 x Oak trees (T1, T2, T3, T4), (rear right western boundary) - Reduce height by reduction to suitable lateral growth points, by up to 6 metres to leave canopy height of 18 metres. To tier tree height away from property and blend with tree line to southern aspect and cove road boundary. 2. 2 x Oak trees (T5,T6) (rear south western boundary) - reduce north eastern aspect of canopies over garden buildings, to suitable lateral growth points, by up to 5 metres, to leave canopies of 10 metres radially. To reduce lateral extension over garden buildings.

1. Silver Birch (Betula pendula) - Reference number 11465. Identified as T1 on the hand-drawn sketch plan Proposed works 1. Reduce crown by 1 metre in all directions, to leave a final height of 6 metres and spread of 8 to 9 metres from the base of the tree. 2. Reduce the limb that has crossed the neighbours boundary in the Eastern direction by 1.5 metres to minimise chance of limb failure due to included bark unions found. Description: -Tree is approximately 7 metres tall with a spread of 10.5 to 11.5 metres from the base of the tree. Approximate measurements for the spread from the base of the tree are: -- 5.5 metres in Northern direction -- 5.7 metres in Eastern direction -- 6 metres in Southern direction -- 5 metres in Western direction - In Eastern direction, a limb of the crown is overhanging the stream and has crossed the boundary of a neighbours garden (Number 4, Shaldon Way). - There is Ivy completely covering the tree and is hiding physiological signs of damage and decay.

1. T1. Oak tree on back boundary (Hart District Council Tree) - Reduce 2.5m in height with a finish height of 16-16.5m. Reduce eastern side by 3m at its widest point and Western side by 2m to leave a more balanced crown and a radial spread of 6m approx. This will give the resident more light levels to property.

1. (TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.

1. G937-11412 is declared as a cypress on TPO. It is a Lawsons Pine - Fell the same as the other one in my front garden. It has grown considerably and is affecting the indigenous Silver Birch (G937-11411) . Works - REMOVE COMPLETELY. allowing the Silver Birch to thrive and also removing the second Lawsons pine ( this does not have a TPO and is not part of the application). It is my intention to replant boundary with Robina from my existing Laurel Hedge.

1. Conifer - Fell to ground level The reason for the tree to be felled is that it is growing close to a boundary wall over neighbours garage and is too big for its location.

1. T1 Beech - This tree is too young to be protected by the old HDC 343-1969 tree preservation order. No consent to remove the tree is required. 2. T2 Beech - Fell due to proximation with boundary retaining wall. Unsuitable for long term retention. 3. T3 Oak - Crown reduce height of tree by 2m back to suitable growth points. Reduce back the overhanging branches on the southeast aspect by up to 3m. 4. T4 Holly - This tree is too young to be protected by the old HDC 343-1969 tree preservation order. No consent is required to carry out works to this tree.

1. Silver birch - Crown reduce by 2.5m in height, reshape the top to match in with the new reduced canopy line. Repeat of work previously approved under 17/02838/CA and removal of central trunk which overhangs neighbouring 12 Oakland Terrance, in order to prevent damage to boundary wall and to prevent insect problem reported by neighbour as the tree overhang is close to a bedroom window.

Tree group of English Oak and Horse Chestnut trees x 3 (alongside boundary fence within the land of Sian Close) -Reduce by 2-3m to all lateral growth extending towards the building only. They overhang towards and touch the property of No.10, Annes Way. Height approx 15-19m crown spread: 10m. Tree works to BS3998 (2010) All pruning wounds not to exceed 50mm in dia.
