Tree 3: Sweet Chestnut - Reduce lateral growth over the garden by 3-4 metres to previous reduction points. Leaving retained branch lengths of approximately 3-4 metres. Trees 4-6: Beech x 3 - Reduce lateral spread towards House (North) by approximately 3-4 metres leaving retained branch lengths of approximately 3-4 metres. Works are to increase light into the property and reduce debris on the roof and driveway.

Tree 2: Whitebeam (TPO) - Remove the lowest limb over the garden shed (North) Works are to increase light into the property and reduce debris on the roof and driveway.

1. Beech (T1) - Lowest limb is over extended into the garden and over the roof of the property. Reduce height of limb by 2-3m and reduce lateral branches to match natural canopy shape. Pruning into good growth points to allow for healthy regrowth (as illustrated on the supporting PDF outlining final cut points)

Tree 1: Beech (Cons Area) - Remove the lowest limb over Timbers driveway (South). Reduce lateral growth South by approximately 2 metres tapering the reductions into the top of the crown. Leaving retained branch lengths of approximately 3-4 metres. Works are to increase light into the property and reduce debris on the roof and driveway.

1. Oak - remove the branches that are overhanging our roof and garden. We have recently had an infestation of squirrels nesting in our roof which has caused damage to the external roof tiles and internal roof The squirrels accessed the roof via these overhanging branches which we would like to have removed. This damage is not covered by house insurance so this preventative action will ensure we do not encounter this type of damage again.

1. Lawson Cypress (rear garden of Harwood House), - Remove 1 x stem top that has an abrupt bend and has had a co-dominant stem break out in the past. Also, trim back small over hanging branch touching next door's roof by 2 metres to give clearance.

1. Oak - reduce by 25% 2. Sycamore - reduce by 25% 3. Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.

1. Re-Pollard one mature Lime to previous old pollard points approximately level with owner of trees apex of house roof to reduce possibility of limb/stem failure in the future. Shorten back side branches primarily over neighbours side to approximately 2 metres from the main trunk. Lift low canopy of to give approximately 3 metres clearance over clients sheds in rear garden of 3 Clarence Road, pruning to suitable live secondary growth.

1. T1. Oak tree- Reduce by approx 2.3m oak has been previouly pollarded- reduction to releave pressure on old pollard points and light 2. T2. Beech Tree- Reduce by 2m due to light 3. T3. Beech stems growing out of beech hedge - Reduce by 6 m down to height of hedge. - squirels jumping on to roof 4. T4. 2 sycamores - reduce by 6 m down to height of beech hedge to be maintained as hedge in the future- squirels jumping onto roof 5. T5 & T6. Lift 2 oak trees to clear building by 2.5m- squirels jumping in to roof 6. T7. Conifer next to gym reduce by 5-6m to give the neighbour more light and stop encroachment

1. (TSC1) Sweet Chestnut - Fell In my garden, which is pushing against my fence. This tree is near to a dense group of beech trees, overhangs my garden completely including directly above my summer house. I would like to fell it. Please note that if I am required to plant a replacement it cannot be in exactly the same location as TSC1 is over a main electricity supply to our road and I am not allowed to plant trees within the protected strip. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.
