T1 and T2 Silver Maple: Thin crowns by circa 20%, reduce low limb towards neighbours by circa 3 metres. Prune back from garage roof to give 2 metres clearance. Works are to allow light through canopy, reduce risk of windthrow and prevent interference with building.

Oak 1 - laterally reduce by approx 3m, removing limbs overhanging house roofs and garage roof. Oak 2 - laterally reduce by approx 3m, removing limbs overhanging house roofs. Oak 3 -Reduce eastern lateral branches by 3m and reshape as nessecary.

- Sweet Chestnut adjacent to garage. Reduction in branches which are rubbing against the garage roof. Remove deadwood. - Ash tree #1 to rear of property. Fell due to included bark causing a breakage risk. Approximately 4 metres from main property. No plans to replace - Ash tree #2 to rear of property. Removal of branches which are close to or rubbing against main property - The sweet chestnut is owned by me. The Ash trees are owned by 4 Spinney Field, who have been consulted and are in support of this application

(G1) Target prune 2 trees over garage allowing an 8 foot clearance This will help prevent squirrel damage to the garage roof and help minimise future failure to the branches Prune remaining 8 trees by reducing overhang by at least 2m, and raise to 12 foot Remove 2 smaller prunus in with privet and any smaller trees/shrubs that wouldn't fall under a blanket TPO. (Trees or shrubs under 3.5m in height)

1 - Cherry - crown lift above driveway and footpath to clear 2.5m. Trim back lower crown from edge of road 3 - Sycamore - remove deadwood throughout crown 4 - Lime - raise crown on all sides to clear 4m, remove epicormic growths from base and main stem, trim back lower crown above adjacent driveway by 1-1.5m and taper into remainder of crown, trim to clear garage 5 -Sycamore - remove lowest branches above garage roof back to main stem 6 - Sycamore - remove lowest branch growing above adjacent roof and garden, raise remaining canopy by 1-1.5m

Horse Chestnut - circled red on sketch plan - Raise the canopy of this tree. Finished height to be approx. 2m above garage roof.

T1 Eucalyptus: reduce crown by 3 metres to maintain at current size and keep away from property. T2 Robinia: remove one low branch close to garage roof. Reduce one low branch over driveway laterally by 2.5m. T3 Walnut: crown lift over garage to clear building by 2 metres.
