T1 Lime: Crown lift to 4m, reduce laterally to clear house by 2-2.5m - Reason: to improve vehicle and pedestrian access T2 Cherry: crown lift to 3m over pavement

T1 Leaning Pine tree in front garden: fell close to ground level and remove from site G1 2x Ash: sectional fell close to ground level G2 2x Oak: crown lift to 2.5m. Remove branch stubs and major dead wood T2 Cherry: reduce crown by 1m T3 Ash: crown lift to 4m

T2 Hornbeam - removal

G1- 15x Fastigiate Hornbeam - sympathetically lift lower crown over driveway and blend out into middle crown removing 50cms. - remove crossing branches and major dead wood. - to maintain these trees in their current location.

T1 Oak, T2 Horse Chestnut and T3 Walnut - Crown lift to 4m, 5.5m over road. Reduce lateral branches by 1-1.5m back to suitable crowning points, to shape canopy. 5 x Limes - crown clean ny 20% to remove dead, crossing and rubbing branches.

T1: Field Maple overhanging shed: crown lift to 5m clear roof by 2m. T2: Ash on front boundary: pollard to approx. 5m. G1: Line of Ash on side boundary: re-pollard to approx. 7m (as advised by property survey or and insurer)

Hedge of around 20 maple, hawthorn, hazel and holly to be removed to ground level and stumps either treated with herbicide to prevent regrowth or removed with stump grinder. Removal is required by neighbour's loss adjuster (Crawford and Co) after investigation into cause of subsidence carried out by Envirotrees UK. Majority of trees are smaller than threshold requiring approval to remove - 3 or 4 are larger than threshold (75mm or greater diameter at 1.5m above ground). Shown as TG4 on enclosed plan.

T1 - Cherry tree - Prune back by 3-4 metres to sides to address overhang to neighbour gardens and approx 4 metres at top

Ash - reduce height and spread by three metres. Reasons - to keep tree to a suitable size, minimise leaf drop and shading.
