2/TPO/00001: T1- Oak- Fell to ground level- Co dominant with a large cavity at 12ft in stem leaning towards house measuring about 50% of diameter. fruiting body of Laetiporus sulphureus 30ft on stem, tree showing signs of natural retrenchment

(2/TPO/00313 and 2/TPO/00002) T1 and T2 - Ash, to fell. T3 and T4 - Sycamore, to fell. All above trees have outgrown location, given that house is in close proximity (several branches have shed in high winds) and young children play in area below. Recommend replanting at suitable location within woodland area.

2/TPO/00309 T1 - Lime, to fell, danger due to close proximity to house. T2 and T3 - Lime to fell or re-pollard approx. 10-12 m. Replant with 6 new suitable species spread over the site address.

2/TPO/00460 T1 - Pine, to prune away from roof of house, providing 2-3 meters clearance. Raise crown by approx 4-5 meters. Rebalance crown by reducing north facing limb.

2/TPO/00348: T1 Oak - Mature oak tree showing ganoderma brackets at the base and root damage from foundation excavations 15-20 years ago. Tree has developed a lean towards the house in the past 10 years. To mitigate risk, options put to the client are: 1: Pollard back to secondary unions to reduce wind sail. 2: remove entirely

2/TPO/00348: Mature Oak Tree (T1) - Previously reduced to large points following an historic limb failure. Rotting back on the site of failure with potential for internal decay. One large low limb growing along the boundary line and then up and over the near by house requires removing along with a second limb overhanging the garden and patio area.

2/TPO/00035: Sycamores T1 to T6 : Routine maintenance in keeping with a domestic environment - reduce height by 50% and reduce crown to overcome shade and encroachment to house. Horse chestnuts T7 and T8 : Routine maintenance in keeping with a domestic environment - reduce height by 50% and reduce crown.

2/TPO/00008: T1 Beech - The tree hangs over the house at 35 Langland, reduce and thin where possible. This would be my no more 2.5 metres all over and thinned by no more than 20% to potentially give the tree an extended lifetime, rather than let it become overgrown and then ultimately fail. T2 Oak - Requires a lateral limb removing of approximately 30cm at the fork and approximately 10 metres long. Due to the heavy foot traffic underneath the limb and likely hood of failure, it requires removal. This will also allow the tree to regain a more upright and stable form.

2/TPO/00035: To reduce 1 x sycamore tree by 1/3 and reduce limbs from 1 x sycamore tree near to house.
