T1 Sycamore Reduce lateral and horizontal branches by 3-3.5m Excessive shading. Prudent periodic tree management. Neighbours complaining T2, T3, T4 3 x Eucalyptus Remove. Poor specimen in poor position close to house. Excessive shading. To be replaced by species more suited to location.

Limes x2 at front of house. Pollard/crown reduce to reduce height to approx in line with top of first floor windows. Prune to remove additional co-dominant stems from fork, leaving one to two stems on each tree, to improve shape and reduce shading. Remove epicormic growth.

London Plane tree at the front aspect of house is in need of pollarding due to branches now in contact with the windows of the house and also are now close to the public footpath. The tree is also now causing excessive shading of the house. The plan is to pollard the tree again as this has been previously permitted by Lambeth.

To crown lift 1 x Lime tree to site entrance to 4 metres and remove deadwood, prune back 1 x Lime tree from telephone lines, remove dead limb from 1 x Lime tree by club entrance, crown lift 2 x Yew trees to 2.5 metres, remove deadwood from 1 x Oak tree, trim back 1 x Goat Willow tree, re-pollard Lime trees (Crt 3), re-pollard Lime, Goat Willow and Sorbus trees (Crt 2), crown reduce leaning Sorbus tree (Crt 2), remove 1 x Elm tree to rear of Club house and severe ivy from 1 x Oak tree, crown lift 1 x Silver Birch tree and remove deadwood from 1 x Oak tree and 1 x Lime tree, lift 1 x Prunus tree to 2.5 metres and re-pollard Lime trees (Crt 5).

Cabbage Tree Palm in front garden [T1] - fell & uproot due to excessive shading to my basement flat windows. Palm makes access to my front door hazardous due to eye/head level leaves.
