Group 1 - various - we would like to crown lift these trees, alongside the road boundary, to a height of 3m. For security purposes, the fence is being extended in height by installing trellis on top which requires these trees to be worked on to allow for the proposed height of around 7ft.

T1 - Prunus, Reduce length of all branches by up to 2 metres. T1 - Prunus Reduce length of all branches by up to 1.8 - 2 metres ensuring natural shape and balance typical of species is maintained where possible. Remove whole stem in contact with boundary fence. T1: x1 Sycamore tree, located to the rear of the site. Suggested work - fell in sections to ground level and treat stump with eco plugs to prevent regrowth. Reason - poor specimen, and due to previous pruning the tree has become completely one sided. It is also growing butt up to boundary and will damage fence in due course. T2: x1 Bay Tree, loacted to the rear of the site. Suggested work - fell in sections to ground level and treat stump with eco plugs to prevent regrowth. Reason - extremely large cavity at 1m rendering tree unsafe.

Front Garden - Front Boundary T1 - Ash Remove lowest limb overhanging road, 1 x limb overhanging front boundary / lamp post, 1 x secondary limb overhanging driveway entrance and epicormic stems overhanging right hand side boundary fence, remove major deadwood.

1 x Elder tree (T1) - remove basal stems to leave a single stem, pollard remaining stem at 2m to encourage regeneration. 1 x Elder tree (T2) - fell and treat stump. To preserve integrity of boundary mesh fencing and brick wall.

One Lime tree to rear of garden which is 1 metre from back boundary fence to be removed. Tree has a hole in the trunk just above ground level. There is a large internal cavity and a rock drop from top of main trunk through this internal cavity. Tree has been inspected by arborist Steve Rixon who has confirmed all of the above and agrees that it should be removed because it will continue to rot, however he was more concerned at the close proximity (approx 6m) to the massive Eucalyptus Tree which was recently reduced by half at 30 Glenfield Road due to being infected by fungus. He suspects that the same fungus is highly likely to be in the root system of our tree.

Tree of heaven: Reduce branches overhanging no 174 Camberwell New Road by up to 3m in height including lateral branches and blend in with canopy Blocking light and growing to large for garden, neighbours also affected, growing between the boundary fences and has self sown and has never been maintained, poor form due to multiple stems and shades garden, vine/creeper is also growing up the tree

Requesting permission to carry out the removal of the following trees situated in the garden of 31 Strathbrook Road. 1) Removal of Pittosporum Tree due to growth of trunk impinging on to neighbour's boundary fence and branches also overhanging boundary fence. 2) Removal of Twisted Willow Tree due to growth of trunk impinging on to neighbour's boundary fence and branches also overhanging boundary fence. 3) Removal of Silver Birch Tree due to growth of branches overhanging neighbour's boundary fence.

Pseudoplatanus (sycamore) has self seeded adjacent back boundary chainlink fence , has been cut but not poisoned so has regrown & is now enmeshed with the fence.

Twin stem walnut (Last Pollardedin October 2016) Located at 159 Amesbury Avenue. Old Prunning Scubs and Epicormil Growth to be removed. retain regrowth to be romoved retain regrowth stems (5x2m Lengths) -General Maintanance of Tree OAK inneighbours garden at 180 Barcombe Avenue. Remove one large branch which is coming over into 159 Amebury. Reduce back to boundary Fence/ Signifcant growth point- not to detract from the shape of the tree. -Casting too much shape for small garden
