Group of Sycamore to rear of 32 - Crown lift to 5m above ground level on property side. Mature Oak to rear of 33 -crown lift to 5m above ground level on property side. Young Sycamore to rear of 33, in contact with boundary fence line - fell to surface level.

Group of x5 Sycamores - reduction of overall crown by no more than 4 metres, x2 Sycamores leaning on boundary fence - fell.

2 x Oak Trees - (1 at number 23 and 1 on the boundary of number 23 and 24) - crown lift by 6m and crown thin by 30%

T13 Oak - Cut back overhang to boundary fence. T16 Oak - Cut back overhang to boundary fence.

To remove various dead wood (a total of 3-4 limbs) across the four oak trees within the garden of 7 Barnside Avenue and to reduce one part-dead lower limb by approximately 3.5 metres (back to the nearest growth point) where it crosses the boundary between Number 7 Barnside Avenue and Number 9 Barnside Avenue.

Revised location of tree received 03/11/2021 G1 Group of 6 Oak trees - Fell dead tree in the group to a 3m stump. To laterally reduce all East and South boundary overhang of the 2 largest trees by up to 3m blending into the upright crown structure and remove deadwood. The 2 smaller Oaks at rear of group with basal cavities, reduce entire crown by up to 3m.

T1 - Reduce back towards boundary of 28 Manning Close. No reduction beyond previous pruning points.

Oak and Hornbeam, reduce back towards boundary by approxiamately 2 m and 3 x hazels to reduce back to boundary (Amended Description 12/10/2021)

Ash tree on rear boundary (protected by TPO) - reduce central stem by 3-4m. Holly hedge (protected by planning condition) reduce in line with neighbouring conifer hedge, approx 6m and maintain in perpetuity.
