Group of x5 Sycamores - reduction of overall crown by no more than 4 metres, x2 Sycamores leaning on boundary fence - fell.

Fell Ash trees that are over 50% dead within the area marked in yellow on the sketch plan. Cut back trees 2 meters from the fence area marked in red on the sketch plan.

T13 Oak - Cut back overhang to boundary fence. T16 Oak - Cut back overhang to boundary fence.

1 x yew tree to be trimmed back to boundary fence

Hedge - reduce by approximately 1m to top of fence line and maintain thereafter in perpetuity. Sycamores (T1, T4, T5 and T6) reduce by approximately 2m and thin by 20%. Holly (T2) reduce back from power lines up to 70cm. Lime tree (T3) reduce by approximately 2m and thin by 20%

T1-T3 Holly Trees. Reduce in height to 3-4 metres above top of fence line.

G1 Sycamores- take down to ground level. G2- Ash trees - remove, Silver Birch trees to be retained. G3 Sycamore and Ash trees - crown lift above drive by 2 metres, remove three Sycamore trees fallen on fence. G4- Take down two dead Ash trees and dead Oak to near ground level. G5 Ash, Oak and Sycamore overhanging garage roofs at rear of Crescent Road. Remove low limbs from trees to clear garages.

Ash tree -reduce crown back to previous cut points and cut back overhanging branches to level with boundary fence to suitable growth points.

G1 x2 Multi-stemmed Ash trees - reduce crown by up to 4 metres and on tree West of T1, additionally remove two stems closest to the fence line. T1 Single stemmed Ash - fell to ground level.

To hedge cut the epicormics from the Lime trees back to fence line.
