T1 Ash, situated in hedgerow at front garden: Fell Reason: excessive dieback in crown T2 Red Oak; Thin canopy 20%, crown lift to final height of 4m, removing secondary and tertiary branches. Canopy towards Oak Lodge, remove crossing branch and reduce canopy spread toward boundary fence. Remove deadwood.

Cedar tree, situated on adjacent vacant plot; reduce canopy encroachment to a point 0.5m beyond fence line. lift canopy on property side to a point level with my upstairs window sill. Chestnut tree, on front boundary: reduce canopy spread to 3m from centre of the tree. Lift canopy to height of hedgerow. Remove lower branches in poor condition. Reason: manage canopy encroachment over dwelling and improve daylight access.

Oak (T1) - Reduce canopy spread of the whole tree towards willow tree (7m from base of oak tree), Reduce canopy spread 1m from neighbour (number 20) boundary fence, see T1 Photo 1 and T1 Photo 2. Horse Chestnut Tree (T1) Crown Lifting - trees branches have grown to an extent that they are hitting cars as they enter driveway. Also some of the branches are now lower than the fence which separates 101 and 103 Humberston Avenue. We would like to cut back these branches so they are 3 metres above the drive/garden.

T1 Sycamore: Reduce large left side limb over parking area to a viable secondary growth point closest to the fence line. T2 Lime: Remove epicormic growth on main stem T3 Sycamore: No action T4 Ash: Fell, poor condition and recently shed a large limb. replace with 10-12cm Field Maple. T5 Lime: Remove epicormic shoots on main stem. T6 Horse Chestnut: thin by 20% Reason: apart from T4, shading and general maintenance.

The tree is an Oak Tree which is located in the garden of 15 Northumberland Close. However the tree effects four properties which the tree spreads over. These properties are listed below. The issues the tree cause to all four properties are shading, leaf and acorn drop into the gardens/ gutters/ drains and also branches that fall into the gardens (safety issue). The tree stands at approximately 16 meters in height, and wish to reduce the height to 13 meters. 16 Augusta Close, reduce the canopy spread from approximately 16 meters to 13 meters. 16a Augusta Close the tree branches spread along the garage and this would be the point of reference, to reduce the spread by 2 meters from the line of the garage. 15 Northumberland Close, The length of the canopy from the truck (along the fence) is approximately 14 meters and wish to reduce it to 11 meters. 13 Northumberland Close, the tree spreads approximately 16 meters along the fence from the trunk. Wish to reduce this to 13 meters.

G1 Leylandi hedge ( not covered by the Order): cut back flush to border fence. T1 Sycamore: reduce lower branch bracket to viable growth points in line with boundary

Ash Tree Tag 14322: Crown lift to 2m all round and prune 2m clearance from allotment fence. Sever and clear Ivy from ground to 1.5m and remove deadwood allotment side only.

Beech tree; reduce lower canopy encroachment back to boundary fence. Reason: management of canopy encroachment to improve light into garden.

Lime trees T58 to T66 inclusive: reduce lateral limbs to give 3m clearance from Building and fence Reason: Squirrel problem
