Cedar tree, situated on adjacent vacant plot; reduce canopy encroachment to a point 0.5m beyond fence line. lift canopy on property side to a point level with my upstairs window sill. Chestnut tree, on front boundary: reduce canopy spread to 3m from centre of the tree. Lift canopy to height of hedgerow. Remove lower branches in poor condition. Reason: manage canopy encroachment over dwelling and improve daylight access.
