To reduce the branches over hanging the site, working on trees T1 Oak and T2 Goat Willow. Taking the branches back beyond the site boundary line by 1m. T2 Goat Willow - To achieve sufficient clearance of the site compound this may need to be pollarded back to the main stem.

Tree surgeon has visited the site and suggested Scots Pine to remove. Unacceptable risk was confirmed and reported it is a matter of when the tree falls as opposed to if it will fall. Further details are within the application form. Evergreen Oak to 5% overall reduction of the canopy, including a light crown lift and thinning of the dead wood. Yew to 5% overall reduction of the canopy to maintain privacy and ongoing care due to potential size. A site plan is provided, identifying the 3 reported on trees in relation to the property and boundary, their locations and descriptions by name.

Norwegian Spruce to remove the whole tree and plant a smaller native tree like a Rowen or Hazel further away from the house in a more suitable position such as on the boundary not blocking the sun or if possible a productive fruit tree such as an apple or pear tree in the garden.
