TPO3 T8 Horse Chestnut : removal of one large branch overhanging Old Hall Drive. Branch is getting too large to be supported by ageing tree. Almost no foliage this summer on tree.

T1 Oak- Crown lift to approximatly 5m by removal of the 3 lowest branches growing over the border of 27 Arlington Drive

/T24 - Purple Plum and T23 Cherry. Crown reduce the height by 1.5m and radial spread by 1m to retain a blaanced shaped canopy.

Works: Trees (11, 12, 13, 14 and 15) bordering Park Side Road- Lift to 5.5 m over Park Drive Road and trim garden side. Justification: To keep road clear and maintain dense foliage.

Lime (ID# 12) located at the front of property according to the following specifications: Re-pollard Due to previous works pollard points are too low thus regrowth is growing close/touching building

To fell a London Plane marked on the pictures attached. Tree is lifting footpath and encroaching on the building.

TPO164 trees T4 & T5, these two trees Sycamore and Horse Chestnut (T101 in attached survey) are completely entwined and the arborist has recommended that they be reduced by 50% to previous pollard points as they have excessive canopy and branch growth causing issues to the adjacent apartment block drainage. Presence of cavities and possible fruiting bodies.

T1, T2 and T3 - LIME - To reduce 3 limes by 5m in height and maximum 1m from lateral branches, to crown lift by 5m, crown thin by 5% and to clear building by 1m
