T1 Oak- Crown lift to height of 5m back to source, prune lateral branches growing towards house by 2m. Tree is mature specimen and is causing excessive shading. Crown lift will increase light spill. T2 Ash- Crown lift to height of 5m back to source, prune lateral branches growing towards house by 2m. Tree is mature specimen and is causing excessive shading. Crown lift will increase light spill. T3 Hornbeam- Remove limb that is damaging fence and growing towards neighbours property. Reduce remaining crown by 2m maintaining natural shape. Limb is growing excessively over neighbours property and causing damage to fence.

Scotts Pine tree T1. Tree is in rear garden at far end. Remove 5m length of the upper crown which is to clear a very weak fork where it joins main stem. This weak junction became visible when the other section was removed due to storm damage and hanging in the upper crown. Please note this storm damaged section and other major dead wood was removed under exempt works authorisation by yourself on the grounds of safety. When the tree was climbed to removed the original storm damage and dead wood it showed as a weakness in this part of the tree. The section that needs removing hangs over the fence of the garden at the rear of the tree and proposed work is on grounds of safety and retaining the tree long term.

Front Garden - Front Boundary - Left Hand Side. T1 - Holly. Fell main tree to ground level retaining all basal growth. Retaining the basal stems in order to retain the tree. Front Garden - Left Hand Side. T2 - Maple. Fell failed basal stem which is supported by adjacent Acacia. Reason: T2, Maple The tree is located in the front garden towards the front boundary Removal of failed basal stem currently resting in the adjacent Acacia. To remove the risk of complete failure and the conflict with the Acacia. Front Garden - Middle. T3 - Acacia. Remove dead and diseased wood. Reason: T3, Acacia. The tree is located in the front garden towards the front boundary. Removal of Dead Wood. Exempt works.

Rear Garden T1 - Beech Reduce side over number 3 Russell Close by up to 3 metres in branch length. The tree is located in the rear garden on the rear boundary and over hangs No 3 Russell close. The subject tree is of a large spreading nature straddling gardens and encroaching on to residents properties. The works are part of a regular maintenance programme to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location. T2 - Cedar Prune back lower canopy to boundary fence. 1. Thuja LHS at front. Crown Lift to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level by reduction of 12" diameter limb back to inline with boundary fence.

T4 - Lime : Crown lift to 6 metres on fence side. The subject tree requires pruning as specified, in order to raise ambient light levels to the garden area. The pruning works will not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable management in the long term.

Leyland Cypress tree - Trim the lateral branches that overhang the boundary fence to allow more light into the garden. This will entail branch shortening of no more than 1.5m.

T1 - Rear garden x1 Irish yew fell as close to ground level as possible also grind stump 6-9 inches below ground level, causing damage to client's fence, out growing surrounding area, lack of light, cause and concern to neighbouring properties, will damage aesthetics of the tree it pruned, no long term future for the tree in its location. We will replant 12-14cm girth magnolia tree.

AMENDED SPECIFICATION: 3 x Lime trees in a fenced off area - Pollard to old pollard points at approx 7ft (decay at pollard points and base). All trees in Limes Close on the caravan park boundary to cut back lateral spread on the east side back to the boundary fence (previously carried out). To allow more light in to caravans and gardens. 1 no. oak tree at the south end of the line of trees, to the east of no. 2, Limes Close: crown reduce back to the past previous pruning points up to a maximum of 1.5m of branch end length removed.
