Norwegian Maple (T1) - Removal of lateral branches due to excessive shading and encroaching on property and garage.

T1. Dead Cherry tree to be removed due to brittle branches, bark chippings and soft at the touch on various parts of the tree. T2. Cherry tree to be dead wooded. T3. Conifer limb taken off due to snap out. T4. Old dead conifer trunk felled 6ft high and 2ft wide. T5. Prunus (diseased) at front to be reduced in height to above light as leaning over causing stress on root plate. T6. 2metre reduction on fruit tree to stop the risk of it leaning to far over to the garage to allow more light and access to pick fruit. T7. 11th Conifer along tree row in front of property to be taken out due to severe decay in root plate resulting in poor conditions only way it's still standing is because of the surrounding conifers.

Beech (T1) - To lift mature Beech tree over the garage to give 2.0m clearance from the roof tiles.

AMMENDED SPECIFICATION T3: T1 Beech by the garage. Fell to ground level , Suffering with Meripilus for several years now this tree has been previously reduced and is showing signs of dieback in the upper crown. Tree located in a high target area and is of high risk. Very limited management options. T2: Beech closest to house. Fell to 3m stump . This had a large clump of Meripilus fruiting bodies to the base of the tree this year and has also been suffering with this for serval years. It is a very large tree and would almost certainly fall on the house if it were to fail at the bottom. Limited management options T3: Beech adjacent to the lane: this has a significant Ganoderma fungal bracket at the base. With the other two trees removed its environment and wind loading will be significantly altered. Reduce crown by up to 2m to reduce lever and compensate for the removal of the other trees.

AMMENDED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2: Beech (T1) - To reduce mature Beech tree by a maximum of 2 m. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points. Pine (T2) - To remove damaged limb at around 11.0m and remove major deadwood from mature Pine tree. Holly's (G1) - To section fell group of mature Holly trees (ONLY) located by the garage. Holly's (G2) - To section fell mature Holly trees (ONLY) located on the right hand side of the path.

G1 Thuja - Cut back from garages 5 and 7 to give up to 2m clearance from garage block. To remove identified conflict between tree and structure and to manage crowns within proximity to surroundings.

Oak (T1) - To lift and reduce mature Oak tree overhanging the garage to give 2.0m clearance from garage roof. Oak (T2) - To reduce overhanging branches by 1.0m of semi mature Oak tree located in the front so that it doesn't overhang the driveway.

Oak Tree - 3m reduction on laterals which hang over the top of our garage pitched roof. Removal of dead wood and thinning out. A number of large branches have already fallen onto the garage causing damage to tiles.

(T1) Scots pine - Remove major deadwood (Exempt) and reduce low scaffold limb on east (house side) by up to 3 meters to reduce end weight. The limb shows signs of a previous old wound on the main scaffold (see pic) with signs of possible internal defect. The limb also has poor branch unions and has previously been reduced. It extends towards the house and if it were to fail it would likely hit the garage or neighbouring property. Reduce single overextended limb on the north side over the garden (last pic). (T2) Scots pine - Crown lift by up to 5 meters by removal of secondary sub lateral branches and remove deadwood. To maintain the trees crown within proximity to surroundings and create more light to the border underneath. (T3) Lawson - Trim back as much as possible over the conservatory whilst still retaining foliage. To manage trees crown within proximity to surroundings.
