T1 Willow tree - Reduce by approximately 2m to alleviate end weight. T2 Oak tree - Heavy lean towards development, reduce by approximately 1-2m to balance crown. T3 Group of hedgerow ash trees - Reduce overhang back to boundary where possible. T4 group of hedgerow ash trees - Reduce overhang back to boundary where possible. T5 oak tree - Reduce overhang over development side by approximately 2m and blend in with remaining crown to allow more light into area.

Reduce the height of hawthorn tree hedge to 3 metres and in addition to cut the trees (Nos. 1-19) back to 1 metre of the boundary fence. Remove a significant amount of dead wood on 1 No. tree and a small amount of dead wood on another.

Remove overhanging limbs of conifer trees back to the boundary fence where they are growing into the neighbour's garden.

Cut back branches up to boundary fence on 1 No. sycamore tree (T1).

Fell 1 No. ash tree (OLTN003) Unsuitable location and limited future potential. Reduce canopy on 1 No. ash tree (OLTN006) overhanging 16d back to previous pruning points. Remove dead wood on 1 No. deodar tree (OLTN007). Remove dead wood on 1 No. pine tree (OLTN008). Reduce laterals back to boundary on 1 No. ash tree (OLTN0013). Reduce lateral spread by 2.5m on 1 No. sycamore tree (OLTN0015).

Remove all dead, crossing, weak and damaged branches from tree. Low hanging branches on the side closest to No. 20 De Moram Grove (circled red on photo 1) and branches close to No. 22 De Moram Grove (circled red on photo 2) to be reduced by 1-3m and main trunk of tree cleared of all minor secondary growths to a height of 10m on 1 No. oak tree located on the boundary between 20 and 22 De Moram Grove.

Trees marked T1 and T4 in the site plan - Crown clean of all dead, dying or dangerous timber, all the tree branches protruding into or overhanging onto property at 23 Ravenswood Drive South to be pruned up to the boundary edge, reduction of all tree branches by up to 3m on the other sides and to be shaped to be more uniform, all cuts to be taken to suitable pruning points.

1 No. oak tree on rear boundary of rear garden - Crown reduction by circa 2 metres to leave a well-balanced shape, all branches to be cut to the nearest available growth point, branches encroaching on property to be cut back to leave a clearance of 2 metres, crown lift of lower secondary branches by circa 2 metres with a shortening of the primary branches, all lateral branches reduced in line with the crown reduction (maximum 2 metres), crown thinning of the smaller/tertiary branches to produce a uniform density of foliage and evenly spaced branch structure and removal of any dead branches.

Works to fell 1 No. thuja plicata tree and 1 No. cuppressus tree to the left boundary, Fell 2 No. thuja trees and 1 No. cupressus trees to the right boundary, and fell 1 No. Oak tree, 1 No. cupressus tree, 1 No. holly tree, 1 No. fruit tree and 1 No. magnolia tree to the front (TPO 00729) due to crowding and insufficent space for furture growth.
