T1 - Dismantle the declining Alder located at the right side of house T2 - Alder right front of the house, Removal all dead branches. to reduce risk of branch failure.

Removal of dead wood to be carried out on all trees at the same time as other works. Tree 1 (T1) - Large Beech tree directly behind the house to be reduced by 4 metres off the top and 2m on the sides. Tree 2 (T2) - Medium Beech by hedgerow to be reduced by 2.5m on top and 1.5m on the sides. Tree 3 (T3) - Medium Beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 2.5m top, 1.5m sides. Tree 4 (T4) - Medium Beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 2.5m top, 1.5m sides.

Holm Oak (T2) - Reduce side over garden by 2m back to suitable growth points, matching into where we have previously reduced the tree by the house

G1 - Mixed Species - Line of mixed specie trees overhanging from Charlton House Independent School on to Beech Avenue. Remove all split, hanging branches over the footpath/road. Remove all deadwood that has the potential to fall into the path/road. Fell the self-set Sycamore rubbing on the adjacent Robinia. Remove the lowest lateral branch from the Sycamore overhang the footpath adjacent to the 'no cycling' sign. Cut the 3/4 Ash Stem that lean heavily over the fence/footpath back to the fence line. Prune to achieve a 1.5 metre clearance from all street lamps. Prune the low branches from the end group of Sycamores overhanging the fence into the school playground by 2.5-3 metres. Tree 2 (T2) - Medium beech by hedgerow to be reduced by 4m on top and 2.5m on the sides. Tree 3 (T3) - Medium beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 4m top, 2.5m sides. Tree 4 (T4) - Medium beech tree in lawn to be reduced by 4m top, 2.5m sides. Tree 5 (T5) - Scots Pine, remove snapped/twisted limb pointing towards road, bring the top down by 2m and sides in 2m. T1 Oak - Reduce the height of the tree by 2 meters and side branches by 2 meters to suitable growth points. Section of canopy on house facing side to be reduced by 2.5 meters. Lift the canopy to provide a 5 meter clearance from ground level.

Cedar Tree - Reduction of east and west facing limbs at approximately 7m whose point of origin sit either side of the old occluded wound discussed above, this would help reduce stresses caused by weight and wind loading at the branches point of origin. The east facing limb to be reduced via drop crotching by up to 3m as shown by red line of photo taken during survey. The west facing limb which juts out over the road to be reduced by approximately 2-3m to suitable growth points. T1/2 Sycamore - Reduce branches towards 16 Bracken Lane by up to 3 metres to create and maintain a safe distance from house and reduce foliage over the driveway.

T1 - Silver Birch in front garden (signs of decay and disease) - Fell to ground level. T2 - Oak in front garden - Remove 1x lowest branch that is growing towards house and over drive and clear phone line by 1.5 meters.

G1 - Mixed species. Crown lift trees overhanging car parking bays on the Eastern boundary of Link House down to the end of the wooden storage enclosure to 4.5m
