Monkey puzzle tree at the front of the property - Removal of dead/dying branches and localised reduction of branches growing towards the property, we are aiming for a 2m clearance away from the building for this tree

T1 - Beech tree overhanging property. To cut back by 2m and thin by 20% maximum T1 - Lime tree in rear corner of property leaning over neighbouring property. To reduce height by 10m to safeguard the future of the tree

Poplar (within G41 adjacent to No. 63, Portsmouth Road) - Remove all branches with mistletoe. Reduce remaining canopy to a final height of 15m

T1- Oak. Fell

T1 Sycamore - Prune to allow a clearance of approx 3m from property (20 Banister Gardens). Prune to allow a clearance of approx 1m from telephone line. Crown raise to approx 4.5m above ground level.

Remove epicormic growth on oak tree up to main fork which is approximately 4 to 5 metres from ground level.

Oak- cut back 2m from property. Crown thin by no more than 20%. Cut back over road by no more than 2m.

T1 Willow, reduce / re-pollard by 3 to 4m to the previous pruning points.

Along the boundary with 18 Vinebank, Southampton - reduce the branches of the trees back to the boundary up to the height of the top of the roof of the house
