The trees comprise mainly of Lyme trees, one horse chestnut and one Beech tree. These trees are all in the border that share a boundary adjoining with both Mersey Road and Priestnall Road. They are in a conservation Zone labeled G2 in the sketch map which is 57 priestnall Road please see attached as per correspondence from SMBC. It is my intention to remove any dead dying or dangerous branches from this group of trees. For the benefit of motorists, pedestrians and services I felt it may be prudent to highlight this. This application is for the reduction of lateral limbs to the beech tree to the left of the entrance as you look at the property. The intention is to give a three metre clearance from the neighbouring property. Removing only secondary branches. In addition to this, the tree located within the premises adjacent to the house at the end of the drive has been reduced in the past it is my recommendation that we carry out a full reduction to the height of the old cuts. A Oak Tree on the boundary with a neighbouring house is to be reduced back from over the property and any dead wood removed. The oak tree is leaning towards the property and the neighbour has been reporting significant size branches falling off and has caused some damage to property in his garden. This tree shows that it is a significant health and safety risk as in high winds the branches coming off could hit and injure someone, or if the tree were to fall it would cause severe damage to the neighbours out house. This work concerns a garden arboretum containing a variety of diverse fir trees notably large sequoia. Applications are put in regularly for permission for care and maintenance of these trees. Three trees, plus a tree by the boundary overlooking the primary school education area, came down in the recent severe (February 2022) storms. Several other very large overlook an adjacent house. The remaining trees have been examined by North Cheshire Forestry and work on repair, trimming, and maintenance and more detailed examination is required urgently. At the same time, analysis is also being arranged with a certified tree health specialist to establish if further work is required as a matter of public safety and tree preservation. Trees will be replanted to replace those felled by the storm. HAR/CA20.

(8) Fell dead conifer at rear boundary. Unlikely to be replaced as very close to large laurel and sycamore trees. New Portuguese laurel hedge has additionally been planted along this boundary. (9) Prune large branch of sycamore tree which overhangs neighbour's garage. (10) Fell laburnum growing within yew tree. Will not be replaced to allow yew tree to grow fully. HAR/CA29.
