These trees should be reassessed annually and while in full leaf. T45. Ash Dieback at approximate class 1. Major deadwood in canopy. Remove deadwood only. T48. Silver Birch. Extensive decay at base. Fell to near ground level. Category B works T4 Yew Similar to T3. Ivy up main stem. Low canopy over the drive. Sever the Ivy. Crown raise over the drive to 5.0m. T6 Yew Best tree of this group with good vitality. Ivy on main stem. Low crown over the drive. Crown raise over the drive to 5.0m. T7 False Acacia Mistletoe in crown, minor deadwood in crown. Ivy on lower stem. Remove deadwood. T14 Yew Reduced vitality. Ivy high up main stem. Sever the Ivy. T18 Yew Upper crown a little sparse with some deadwood. Ivy high in to the crown. Sever the Ivy. T28 Yew Previously reduced. Ivy up main stem Sever ivy T58 Norway Maple Some large deadwood in crown. Remove deadwood. Category C works T1 Yew Some large deadwood in crown. Remove large deadwood. T9 Copper Beech Nice young tree. Stubs on main stem. Ivy on lower stem. Lower half of the crown is now congested as a result of pruning in the nursery to develop a compact form ready for sale. Remove stubs and ivy. Thin lower half of the crown by approx. 30% to even up the crown density. T10 Cedar New planting. Failed at he root due to girdling roots formed prior to planting. This tree will not survive to maturity. Remove and replant space. T12 Yew Large, full crowned tree with good vitality. Ivy up main stem. T24A Honey locust Young tree. Broken branches in crown. Remove broken branches. T47 Horse Chestnut Wound on low limb at 2.5m.

T3 Lime Tilia x europaea. T4 Lime Tilia x europaea. T5 London plane Platinus x hispanica. T6 London plane Platinus x hispanica. T7 Copper beech Fagus sylvatica 'purpurea' Works: Reduce the crowns of T3-T7 back to previous growth points. Reason for the work: to continue with the ongoing management strategy for these trees. To reduce the safety risk to the domestic properties, and their occupiers, located in Littlecote Close and adjacent to the northern boundary of the Grange. Trees T3-T7 are all located on the northern boundary.

TPO 309 - G3 Lime adjacent to drive entrance - The tree has significant mistletoe infestation and there is a risk of branch failure. Tree report recommends reduction of upper canopy over drive by one third and removal of as much mistletoe as possible and reduction of lower extended limb over drive to a suitable live point reducing leverage and risk of branch loss.

As per attached tree survey: Tree 0496 - Pinus nigra -Extensive die-back and small deadwood in crown, with thinning of crown foliage density - Dismantle tree to ground level. Tree 0497 - Pinus nigra - Extensive die-back and deadwood in crown - Dismantle tree to ground level

T/TR/197 G24 - T16 - Horse Chestnut.- Reduce the remaining upright trunk to approximately 4.0m above the defect. - Shape the remaining canopy where necessary to leave a more balanced crown. T18 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce storm damaged branches and those containing significant cavities by 10% of branch length. Reduce crown height by 15 % whilst retaining all lower internal growth. OR - Fell the tree within 6 months to permanently remove the hazard and allow installation of new replacement planting within the group. As this is the dominant tree, adjacent retained trees will require reduction to prevent further storm damage. I recommend an overall reduction of around 15% in height and lateral branch spread. This should be sufficient to stabilise the trees in the short term and prevent extensive failure during storm conditions.

As per tree survey report: 0492 - Pinus sylvestris - Fell to ground level within 6 months. Tree has extensive dieback and thinning of crown foliage. Extensive deadwood in crown.

TPO 158 - T1 Horse Chestnut. As per Tree survey report by BJ Unwin. shown as T18. Tree overhangs the garden to the west. It has over-long limbs, for which the tree is struggling to compensate. Recommend a minor crown reduction and re-shaping on the horse chestnut. 2m off height and 2m to 3m off radii.

T103 Wellingtonia - Height to be reduced by 8 metres. T110 Ash - Reduce crown by 3m off top, 2-3m off sides (halfway between previous pruning points and current outer edges of crown). T156 London Plane - Reduce top and sides to previous reduction, 3-4 metres inside crown extents. T233 Horse Chestnut - High pollard at secondary forks at approx. half height.
