G1 - Woodland Tree Line - Located on boundary, to rear/side of No. 64 Boundary Way. Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

Work required : All round reduction of 2 metres to balance the tree, removal of deadwood and cutting back of branches touching the roof and house, removal of epicormic growth up to lower branch. Reason : as part of continued maintenance to control and contain overall size of the tree due to close proximity to the house. b) T18, White Willow ( Salix Alba): located in the rear garden right hand boundary. Work required : All round reduction of 3 metres to balance the tree and removal of deadwood and removal of epicormic growth up to lower branches and removal of a hanging broken branch Reason: continued maintenance and to reduce wind loading and sail area of the tree as large branches break and fall in the wind.

T1 - Spruce (Picea abies) - Rear garden, Left hand boundary (number 21) Approx Height - 15m Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 7m Crown Reduction Work required - Lift over clients garden by removing 3x lowest branches and prune back remaining overhanging growth by up to 1m, pruning to suitable growth points. Reason - to reduce encroachment/debris over garden/house and give clearance to patio. My neighbours (No. 21 Cedars Avenue) huge pine tree overhangs my property and drops thousands of pines on my decking and on to my roof, thereby blocking drains. The birds that roost there also drop considerable amounts of droppings on my decking causing considerable and regular cleaning. I am also not sure the tree is in particularly good health & could be potentially dangerous. NB: This tree is under TPO 662 & has been lopped before, c10 years ago (under application 11/0622/TCA) but has regrown.
