T1 - Scots Pine : Fell. G1. 2 x Robina and 1 x Oak Raise canopy over the road by 5m. T3 - Oak : Reduce lower branches 3-4m. T4 - Oak : Reduce canopy to clear roof of neighbouring property.(Works Subject to TPO 626/0387/1991)

T1 - Cedar Lebanon : Cut back 4 lower branches and ask the tree surgeon for advice on the remaining lower bough overhanging the roof, as discussed with Dave, to cut back at the most appropriate point of the tree. Remove dead wood . T2 - Scots Pine Tree : cut back one long large overhanging branch and remove deadwood. T3 - Sweet chestnut (is in 3 Broomcroft Close but overhangs No.4) - cut back lower branch overhanging the patio area and reduce the height down by 2-3 metres. Area 1: T1 Oak tree canopy lift above roofline giving approximately 3 metres clearance. Reduction of lateral limbs extending over roof line to provide 3m clearance using climbing techniques. Area 2: G1 Leylandi shelter belt no trees 1. Fell all trees to ground level leaving stumps in place. These trees are not considered to be protected (Works subject to TPO / 626/0046/1962)

Oak (T4) - Reduce canopy to allow 2m clearance from houses No. 3 and No. 4 as braces are interfering with roof. Crown lift to 4m all around to ease vehicle access into drive and improve amenity value. (work subject to TPO 626/0387/1991)
