Crown lift to approximately 5-6 metres including the stems cleared of epicormic growth to Limes and Horse Chestnuts (T1 to T6) and Crown lift with side lateral reduction of the branch length away from the roof area and flank wall back to a suitable branch union not exceeding 2 metres Lime (T7)

Remove lowest limb back to stem of 1 x Cherry (T1) to increase the clearance over the garage roof and reduce crown spread by approx. 1.5-2.5 metres to improve the clearance over the garden and maintain size and prune back to secondary and tertiary points to 1 x Oak (T2)

Remove 1 x lateral branch and cut back 2 x branches to main stem of 1 x Spruce (T7) to reduce danger to garage roof below

Crown lift by 10 metres and remove branches from roof space as overhangs the property x 1 Oak

Crown lift and cut back to suitable branch unions away from over the roof of the annex building to allow approximately 2-2.5m separation from the roof space. Lime (T1). Primary branch (1) over main house tip reduce by approximately 2-2.5 metres and side lateral reduction of the secondary branches back to a suitable branch union by 1.5-2m while retaining the branch structure. Primary branch (2) over the annex building with the reduction of the branch length to reduce end weight by approximately 3-3.5 metres back to a suitable branch union. Pine T2

Fell to ground level as decaying and diseased x 1 Beech (T76) and reduce crown spread by approximately 2-3 metres to provide clearance to the roof x 1 Oak (T78)

Tip reduce whole crown area by approx. 1.75m, reshape to maintain and contain and crown lift to 3 metres to clear garages and parking area x 1 Beech (T1) and crown lift to 3metres and lift above garage roof to give 1.5m clearance x 1 Ash (T2)

Sycamore T1- Fell (Heavily supressed specimen reaching several metres on to property roof, due to nature of growth a reduction would be unsuitable to sufficiently clear drip line from property). Mixed species group TG1 - situated on eastern boundary of rear garden, suggest lateral tip reduction of acers back to property boundary. 2 x Ash trees (within group) were showing signs of dieback and leaning heavily into garden, with long term viability of trees in question, remove the overhanging limbs back past the boundary line to source to mitigate the risk of and brittle dead wood/stems from falling into property or damaging the fence in the future.

Reduction of 10m to x 2 Ash Trees (1 & 2) to allow more light and reduction of 7 - 8m approx. to x 2 Sycamore (3 & 4) and crown lift to 2 metres above the roof of the house and remove any deadwood to prevent any future damage to the property.

Reduce crown height and spread by approximately 3-4 metres to previous pollard points to reduce risk of branch and/or stem failure x 1 Lime (T2), raise crown by 1.0 m to improve clearance over lawn x Sycamore (G1) and reduce 2 to 3 branches on the south side of the tree by 1 metre to increase clearance to the roof and side wall, raise lower branches by 1-2 metres to improve clearance over lawn x 1 Sycamore (T1)
