Fell due to large decay pocket at approximately 3-4 metres with large limb overhanging neighbouring property x 1 Horse Chestnut (T1) and reduce 2-3 metres to maintain size and shape x 1 Horse Chestnut (T2)

Reduce and reshape by approx 2-2.5m to lessen weight in upper crown x 1 Oak (T1) and cut back to boundary by approx. 3-4m as overgrowing from neighbour x 2 Ash (T2 & T5), x 1 Horse Chestnut (T4) and x 1 Sycamore (T3)

Re-pollard to previous points by removing 4m of growth as trees over hanging parking and gardens and affecting lighting x 12 Lime and x 6 Lawson Cypress (G1)

Remove basal and epicormic growth up to 5 metres, lift low hanging branches up to 5 metres above ground level, prune back from lighting columns to give clearance of 2.5 metres. crown reduce all 15 Limes only on southern aspects by 2.5 metres, leaving finished spreads on southern aspects of 4.5 to 5.5 metres, ensuring crowns are left well balanced and blended evenly into the untouched aspects of the remainder of crown spreads to clear car park, gardens, lighting and remove encroachment onto neighbouring properties x 15 Limes (G1)

Reduce by 8 metres x 1 Poplar (T1), reduce by 2 metres x 1 Poplar (T2) and reduce by 12 metres and thin branches by 50% x 20 Polar (T3-T20) as too tall, prevent further damage, to allow more light to and install solar panels

Crown reduce by to 3-4m from height and approx 5-6m from crown spread as the size of the tree is making the area dark at night, to improve the light issues for the students when dark to improve safety x 1 Lime (T1)

Fell dead stem x 1 Lawson Cypress (T2), fell as dead x 3 Lawson Cypress (T3, G2 & T13), fell as dying x 1 Lawson Cypress (T7), lift to 3m over the pavement x 1 Monterey Cypress (T14), remove dead stem and reduce tops of remaining stems by 2 metres due to dieback x Lawson Cypress (T24) and remove hanging branch to prevent falling x 1 Apple (T29)

Section fell as too large for location, bird droppings, debris and excessive shading x 1 Scots Pine (T1)

Remove young branches within 1000mm of house roof to stop growing into tiles and gutters x 1 Magnolia tree (A), remove as growing through staircase to allow staircase to be rebuilt x 1 Ewe tree (B)

Tip crown lift to 4m from ground x 1 twin stemmed Silver Birch (T1) and crown reduce by 1.5m for maintenance and improve crown structure as tree in decline x 1 Oak (T2)
