T1 - Ash - This Self set tree is causing problems with the sheds and the neighboring property. Recommend removal to ground level to be rep[laced with another native broad leaved tree in a more suitable location in the garden. T2 - Ash - This Self set tree is causing problems with the sheds and the neighboring property. Recommend removal to ground level to be rep[laced with another native broad leaved tree in a more suitable location in the garden. T3 - Ash - This tree was once bifurcated. The second stem failed resulting in the reaming stem exhibiting a lean and rot at the base. Recommend removal to ground level to be replaced with another native broad leaved tree in a more suitable location in the garden. T4 - Laylandii - This tree is in entirely the wrong place. It is causing heavy shading and complaints have been raised by both the owner and several neighbors. Recommend a 3.5m reduction in height to improve height and allow the other trees more room to thrive. T5 - Sycamore - This tree has a poor form as it has been swamped by the adjacent Laylandii. The resulting form is very leggy. I recommend a 4m reduction to encourage a tighter crown and reduce sail and shading. Amendment requested 3/11/2021 T6 - Ash - Ash is now to be felled (to be replaced with a broad leaf native Species in a more suitable location witin the garden).

x1 Ash (G1) - Reduce upper branches by a maximum of 3.0m to removal all dead wood. x2 Maple (G2) - Reduce 1no lateral branch growing south eastwards by a maximum of 2.0m to provide 2.5m clearance from the building at a height range of between 3.0 to 5.0m above ground level. 1no branch on the eastern side of the canopy, overhanging the car park at a height of 3.5m, is to be reduced by 2.0m. x1 Lime (G3) - Remove 1no snapped branch at a height of approximately 5.0m from the eastern side of the canopy. x1 Ash (G4) - Reduce lateral branches growing in a westerly direction and encroaching towards the property by a maximum of 3.0m to provide a 2.5m clearance from the building and at a height range of between 9.0m and 10.0m above ground level. No reduction of any main branch/limb structure over 15cm (girth). x4 Lime (G4) - Reduce lateral branches growing in a westerly direction and encroaching towards the property by a maximum of 3.0m to provide a 2.5m clearance from the building and at a height range of between 9.0m and 10.0m above ground level. No reduction of any main branch/limb structure over 15cm (girth). Sycamore (T10) - Reduce 5no. lower branches that are encroaching on to the roof to the east of the canopy by a maximum of 1.5m, with no reduction of any branch/limb structure over 15cm (girth). These works would apply to branches within the higher canopy edge of the tree at approximately 8.0m to10.0m above ground level. to achieve a 2.0m clearance from the building. T13: Sycamore - Reduce 1no branch originating from the tree at approximately 6.0m above ground level in a northerly direction by up to a maximum of 1.5m or back to nearest live growth to achieve a clearance of approximately 2.0m from building. T18, 20 and 21: Sycamore - Remove major dead wood and stubs. T25: Ash - Reduce lateral branches encroaching towards the property by a maximum of 3.0m and within a height range of 4.0 to 6.0m and achieve a clearance Ethel Williams Hall, Benton TPO 1997 (amend des)

T3 Beech to help alleviate wind induced stresses upon both stems and shared union, by tip reducing the upper canopy of the tree by a maximum length of 2m (to a suitable anatomical growth point). T6 Scots pine remove all dead wood.
