T1 young Oak tree located behind garage outbuilding. Proposal to reduce back overhanging branches in line with property boundary. Reduction by 2.5 metres from branch tip. Work is proposed reduce risk of falling branches onto roof. T2 Small self seeded sycamore tree overhanging boundary. Proposal to reduce back overhanging canopy to boundary fence 1.5 metres from branch tip. TPO 61W, TPO 191W.

(G1) Ash Trees - dismantle the partially failed Ash to ground level; remove 1 low limb growing over the clients boundary; dismantle the larger declining tree to approximately 4m and dismantle the two smaller stems closest to the garage to ground level. (017/2008/TPO) and (036/2016/TPO).

T1: Ash: Thin out internal growth by 20% all over: To allow more light into the garden. T2: Acer: Minor crown reduction: To keep contained within boundary. T3: Horse Chestnut: Cut back growth overhanging properties garage roof. T4: Ash: Remove 4 lowest limbs each limb approximately 30-40cm in diameter to allow more light into the garden and contain.

Oak (3) -removal to a stump of oak near garage -Oak (1/4/5) - 2x oak along boundary on garage side and 1x large oak over car park area prune extending limbs to approx 2M and reshape, removal of any deadwood and removal of lowest branches to raise canopy height -Oak (11) - 1x oak located in opposite corner to electric poles with lowest extending lime to have the end weight reduced by 1.5m to 2m to reduce the risk of lime failure.

Gaining statutory clearances over footpaths / highways, maintaining safe boundary trees to the public and road users

TPO - BISHOP BURTON NO. 5 - 2008 (REF 1167) A1. BISHOP BURTON CONSERVATION AREA - Side reduce 1 no. Yew tree (T1) back in line with the garage roof apex; Crown reduce 1 no. Yew tree (T2) back in line with boundary; Crown reduce 2 no. Sycamore trees (T3 & T4) by removing limbs back to boundary; Reason for works: to reduce excessive shading to patio and garden area of Mere Cottage

Tree Preservation Order Application to T1 Oak - selectively reduce lower limb coming towards garage by 2m back from garage and property boundary, T2 Holly - reduce height by 3 meters to allow more light into property and be maintained as a shrub, T3 Large sycamore -crown lift removing 3 lowest branches allowing more light into property, T4 Holly - reduce height by 2 meters allow more light into property and be maintained as a shrub and T5 multi stem sycamore - remove selected branches marked in photo to reduce tree back from property.

Works to 3 no. English Oak subject to Tree Preservation Order No. 06/1985 A2 T1- prune back to the boundary the lower branches (to a height of 5 metres) overhanging the rear garden and garage. T2- prune back the lower branches to a (height of 5 metres)-overhanging the rear garden T3- lightly prune back to the boundary. Works will increase light to rear garden.

4 x Sycamore trees - Crown reduction to achieve clearance from property at 16 The Boundary of 10m due to excessive shading, over reaching property, external garage, fence/property, damage to fence due to branch falling and crown lift to 10m

T1 Oak Deadwood whole tree, raise canopy to 5.5metres all the way round. Reduce secondary branch travelling towards the house and over the garage by 1.5metres and to a suitable growth point. Reduce 1 branch travelling over neighbours property by 1.5metres to raise and bring it back with in the owners boundary. Remove epicormic growth from lower half of tree along with ivy and clean the stem up.
