Propose cutting back branches that touch my house and or overhanging my garden to help stop the 'resin' fallout making my footpaths, summer house, fence, roof ect very sticky - it is very messy and probably unhealthy it is also diseased - leaves fall out in spring and are 'crinkly'. T2. Horse Chestnut - remove ivy and suckers to 2m. T3, Lime - crown lift over road and entrance to Rectory to 4m. T5. Elm - dead - fell. T7. Holm Oak - Shorten selective limbs to counter excessive spread by up to 3m. T13. Elm - dead - fell. T14. English Walnut - Prune to clear roof by removing primary branch originating at 2m next to fence. T15. Yew x 2 - Prune to clear building at rear by 1m . T25. Dogwood - Coppice all stems at around 1m (removing dead stems). T26. Yew - reduce tree to 2.4m. T27. Yew - reduce to 2m.

(TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. T1 young Oak tree located behind garage outbuilding. Proposal to reduce back overhanging branches in line with property boundary. Reduction by 2.5 metres from branch tip. Work is proposed reduce risk of falling branches onto roof. T2 Small self seeded sycamore tree overhanging boundary. Proposal to reduce back overhanging canopy to boundary fence 1.5 metres from branch tip. TPO 61W, TPO 191W.

T1 to T5 - Limes by main entrance - removal of major deadwood. T6 - False Acacia - removal of the phototropic branch encroaching over the boundary, and only a reduction by maximum 2.5m and back to side branches. T14 to T18 - Trees over Church Walk - Lift lower branches over road to give clearance of at least 5.5m. T21 - Beech encroaching on Lime Cottage roof - Lift lower branches on N to provide at least 2m clearance from adjacent property. T22 - Beech on Path - Formatively prune out minor stem touching central stem on NE @ approx. 4.0m. Suggest removing ornamental fencing and changing the immediate area around the base of the tree to have vegetation. T25 - Damson Plum - Light pruning to growth point away from Church roof to provide a 0.5m clearance of roof.

Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.

Area 1) rear field behind woodland. all tree's along fence line to be crown lifted to to 4.5m to re-instate Grazing for livestock and all boundary hedges to be trimmed back to boundary. Area 2) LHS Field alongside drive. All tree's to be crown lifted to 4.5m and cut back on lower boundary wall. T1) Beech lower hanging larger lym to be cut back to boundary overhanging shed roof.
