T1 OAK - DEADWOOD OAK AND GIVE 3M CLEARANCE FROM HOUSE AND GARAGE AT 55 RETREAT STREET T2 HORSE CHESTNUT - CROWN REDUCTION BY 3-4METRES

T1 Elm- remove epicormic growth from lower trunk. T2 Oak- reduce side over garden by 2m. T3 Sycamore at side of driveway- remove lowest 2x branches over driveway, remove lowest small branch over garage, reduce remaining tree by 2 - 2.5m. T4 Beech overhanging front garden- crown lift to 3m prune to clear house by 1.5 - 2m.

Oak T117 - Remove epicormic growth, remove back branches from touching house + garage to new growing tips, redcue crown by 25% leaving well balanced crown. Due to excessive shading branches touching house + roof

Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. Prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently close to house guttering/roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. Prune back T5 Maple branches currently touching the garden room roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. In addition, prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently touching neighbour's (26 Cunningham Road) garage roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres.

Reduce height and south sector (over garage) by 3m (removing lower epicormic growth) on 1 no. Oak tree (T1). Reduce height by 3m and south sector by 4m (over house) on 1 no. Oak tree (T2). Both trees within Group, G1 subject to CC/87/00259/TPO.

T1 - Oak tree - reduce crown on the house side by up to 25% removing no more than 2.5 meters on the sides to stop the branches encroaching onto the house and to let a bit more light into the garden. Remove first 3 branches back to the trunk to lift the canopy over the garage and car port to give adequate clearance over the garage roof.

T19 Silver Birch- Reduce the height by 2.5 metres. Reason: To keep to a reasonable size as the tree is close to the house and garage and shades the patio area.

Tree No. 1 Ash - Branches almost over footpath and very close to touching garage - cut back 25% Tree No. 2 Ash - Branches touching house and overlapping the footpath and wall cracking with roots - cut back 25%

A- 5no Poplars in garden to left (the furthest tree having very little overhang) Prune to drastically reduce overhanging limbs to leave short pollard spurs for regeneration. Primarily upright growth to be retained. B- Ash - remove long primary branch over young Sorbus back to stem. 1. Oak on right hand side of drive to rear of Leyland cypress hedge - crown inspection, remove major dead wood, crown lift 2no low branches over drive to 4.5m approximately. 2. Twin stemmed Sycamore opposite Coach House Annex - remove major dead wood, climbing inspection, remove feathery branches but retain 2ft stub 3. Sycamore to right hand side of Annex (pollarded at 4m) - fell and grind stump 4. Oak - climbing inspection, remove dead wood, crown lift 3 limbs over garden to 4m approximately 6. Poplar on right hand side of Woodland - remove dead branch with hanger. 7. Catalpa - coppice at 1-1.5m 8- Zelkova - prune to clear BT cable, crown lift to 6.5m and crown reduce to reduce overhang and clear new garage 9. Ash infected with Inonotus hispidus - Fell to a 2-2.5m stump 10. Dead Elm - Fell and Grind stump 11. Dying Elm - Fell and Grind stump 12. Poplar - remove hung up large, low limb 13. 2no Poplars - fallen and lodged, drop to ground level

1. T1 T2 2x Oak - fell these previously pollarded trees as they are too close to the garage 2. T3 Acacia - fell this leaning unbalanced tree which will leave room for Oaks to grow into & prevent falling on house
