T1 - Oak Tree - Various specific pruning tree as viewed from rear of house - Area one (marked on attached photograph) - Lower canopy on left hand side as per photograph, reduce longer lower lateral branches by upto 3m to bring the crown form into a more balanced appearance. Area Two - (marked on attahced photograph) - display of over long lateral branches to be reduced back to be in line with surrounding canopy shape/edge - reduction to be in region of 2-3m Area three - remove trunk sucker growth upto corwn break. Reason - to improve tree appearance in landscape and to be less overpowering over patio area and house.

T.1 Cherry - Fell to ground level due to low amenity tree and re landscape design project. T.2 , T3 - Sycamore - Fell to ground level due to close proximity to house. Owners are worried about what roots damage may appear at later date T.4 Sycamore - Fell to ground level due to low amenity and close proximity to garage. tree is dropping debris over block paving T.5 Silver Birch - Fell to ground level due to close proximity to house. Re plant with similar species at entrance of driveway.

T1-T5: Sycamore. Remove trees as they are dead/dying due to infection with Sooty Bark Disease (see further detail in attached report). Replace with similar species. T6: Copper Beech. This tree requires a slight reduction (see further detail in attached report) to help balance the crown and reduce the overhanging vegetation from the owners house and neighbouring property. The proposed works will have minimal impact on the trees health and condition or their appearance in the wider landscape.
