T1 - Ash - Fell to ground level. The tree is showing clear signs of ash die back on its left hand stem. The tree has already lost a limb years ago, possibly due to ash die back, it is hard to tell. There is also a lot of damage on the lower trunk by the ground level with the bark starting to flake. My client is wanting to put an outhouse in his garden but is worried with the ash being above the planned & approved area. My client has an abundance of trees in the garden so it wouldnt affect the immediate landscape for himself or his neighbours as they all have a number of large trees in their gardens. 1. T1 - Purple Beech - Fell to ground level. The tree is located in the rear garden on the on East Side, next to garden cottage, approx. 5-6m height. The tree is poor form, with significant decay which is likely caused by squirrel damage. The works are requested due to poor form and poor health, to allow light to newly planted hedge, and allow space for garden landscaping project, next to patio. No replanting is requested due to number of large specimens Copper Beech within the rear garden. 2. T2 - Goat Willow - Removal of lowest lateral branch overhanging the outdoor kitchen area, back to boundary. The branch is impeding on the outdoor kitchen area.

Removal of 18 trees- 14 owing to silvicultural thinning (2 x Beech, 1 x Silver Birch, 5 x Cherry Plum, 1 x Hawthorne, 2 x Hornbeam, 2 x Oak, 1 x Rowan); - 1 owing to proximity to dwelling (1 x Oak) - 3 owing to poor condition (2 x Beech, 1 x Cherry) Remaining trees to be allowed pruning of branches to lift the crowns in line with good horticultural practice. Recommendations are referenced in attached tree assessment carried out by MJB Landscaping.

Silver birch (T7a) - fell to ground level Holly (T7b) - fell to ground level Both trees to be felled as part of landscaping scheme for rear garden. As Photographs 2 & 3 of the enclosed Photographic Record show, both trees are of poor form and negligible amenity value to the extent that they would detract from the overall landscaping of the rear garden.

T1, T2,T3 - Laurels - Fell. Trees can be found in the back garden. We would like to remove as poisonous to the newly arrived puppy and difficulty in fencing off trees due to size and landscaping.
