1No 54mm PVC telecommunications duct to be installed approximately 350mm top cover depth from public highway down the centre of the north-west driveway leading to Girton Gate. All trenching works will follow the NJUG Guidelines for the Planning, Installation and Maintenance of Utility Apparatus in Proximity to Trees. The TPO covers various species of trees in the area to the frontage of Girton Gate, Huntingdon Road, and it is the mature trees northwest of the driveway to the property which the trench through the centre of the driveway will be excavated to lay the telecommunications duct.

Works to TPO/070 - Remove epicormic growth to 4m and remove deadwood throughout crown of 1no. T1 Yew, remove epicormic growth to 4m of 1no. T2 Yew, remove epicormic growth to 4m (retaining formal yew hedge), Crown lift to clear 5m over road and Prune to clear telecoms lines of 1no. T3 Yew

T1 - Yew tree. Target pruning of two branches and reshaping of tree as necessary. T2 to T4 - Yew trees. Reduce laterally by approximately 1.5-2m to clear pool and poolside. Crown raise to a maximum of 3m above ground level. T5 - Conifer boundary line. Reduce to match height of adjacent cube hedges, in order to give clearance of telephone lines. 2 x Holly trees adjacent to T6 - remove to reduce shading to Yew and allow Yew to fill the space. T6 to T7 - Yew trees. Reduce laterally by 1m to prevent encroachment on the house and to clear/provide light for the avenue. T8 - Horse Chestnut. Fell to ground level. Tree has been extensively reduced in the past due to telecoms works.

Crown reduction of 2 no. Beech trees (T41 and T42) to 11m in height, to restore the signal to the telecoms mast located near by. Within tree Preservation Order 08/2012.

Tree area (3x sycamore) to be reduced in height to reinstate telecoms signal for the emergency services network (see arborist report).

(T733) Beech - To reduce the compromised sections that lean towards the telecoms tower by approximately 8-9m which will reduce the height of the tree on this side down to approximately 22-25m but will not change the rest of the canopy. (TPO 10 of 1968).

Works to 1x Wellingtonia tree covered by LBE ORDER NO 29 1970: cut back to clear new telecommunications pole by 2m, from a height of 1.5m to 17m.
