T1 (within G6) - Mature Sycamore - Reduce branches to provide a 2.0m clearance from the roof of the building. Pruning work is to be carried out to the nearest branch union to avoid leaving stub end or lopped branches and apply to branches located to the lower and mid area(s) (between 6 and 8m high) of the eastern canopy-Killingworth Village Tree Preservation Order 1967. T4 (T28) - Cut overhanging branches back 2-3mtrs on the south facing aspect of the crown facing the cottage to stop branches touching/snapping off roof and brickwork when windy in adjoining woodland-Estate Farm, Killingworth Tree Preservation Order 1970 (description amended 07.05.2020)
