G1 - Woodland Tree Line - Located on boundary, to rear/side of No. 64 Boundary Way. Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

1. Oak tree 1833 - 01/01080/HDC - the north side of the tree will be reduced by 2m back towards the boundary fence but not crossing it. the tree will be shaped as it previously was by SRA tree services, the tree is currently with in 1m of the roof of 22 greenhaven and blocking light. The re shaping of the tree will eliminate the risk of it becoming in contact with the pitch roof of 22 greenhaven.

S1 Ash - Remove stem leaning directly over the boundary fence line from the neighbours at 45 degrees from the base up to around 4m. See marked photos S2 Oak - Remove limb to branch collar. Extending approximately 8m horizontally. W1 - Reduce radial spread and general drip line, of mixed deciduous mostly comprising of Oak and Sycamore by 3m max. At the gable end, remove up to 5m to enable clearance of roof overhang and excessive encroachment. Reductions would not be greater than a quarter of length, removing end loading only up to 75mm diameter wound size, to appropriate forks and growing points.

Works to Trees with a TPO G1 - Mixed Trees and Ivy Reduce back overhang from the house and rear garden to boundary fence line by removal or reduction of secondary growth while retaining dominant scaffolding limbs. 1. (TB2) twin-stemmed (from ground level) beech tree - Removal of one bough from the one stem. largely on my neighbour's side of our boundary fence but with some of the trunk in my garden, and one stem leaning westwards towards my house and thus almost completely overhanging my garden. After taking advice from a tree surgeon I would like to remove one bough from the one stem, reducing the weight over my garden. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.

T1 young Oak tree located behind garage outbuilding. Proposal to reduce back overhanging branches in line with property boundary. Reduction by 2.5 metres from branch tip. Work is proposed reduce risk of falling branches onto roof. T2 Small self seeded sycamore tree overhanging boundary. Proposal to reduce back overhanging canopy to boundary fence 1.5 metres from branch tip. TPO 61W, TPO 191W.

T1 to T5 - Limes by main entrance - removal of major deadwood. T6 - False Acacia - removal of the phototropic branch encroaching over the boundary, and only a reduction by maximum 2.5m and back to side branches. T14 to T18 - Trees over Church Walk - Lift lower branches over road to give clearance of at least 5.5m. T21 - Beech encroaching on Lime Cottage roof - Lift lower branches on N to provide at least 2m clearance from adjacent property. T22 - Beech on Path - Formatively prune out minor stem touching central stem on NE @ approx. 4.0m. Suggest removing ornamental fencing and changing the immediate area around the base of the tree to have vegetation. T25 - Damson Plum - Light pruning to growth point away from Church roof to provide a 0.5m clearance of roof.

Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.
