T1 Oak - Reduce lateral spread towards both buildings by up to 3 meters and the height by up to 2 meters to reshape and rebalance the overall crown. Removal of major deadwood throughout. T2 Beech - Removal of small lowest lateral growing over the driveway to the main stem. Tip prune other low laterals as necessary over the driveway to clear the BT line by 2 m T3 Conifer - Removal of the dead section in the upper crown. T4 Scots Pine - A self-set, asymmetric tree growing in close proximity to the boundary fence and shed. Fell to ground level.

Area 1) rear field behind woodland. all tree's along fence line to be crown lifted to to 4.5m to re-instate Grazing for livestock and all boundary hedges to be trimmed back to boundary. Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 51a/00 - 3x Ash (G1) Fell trees, and replace with 4 x Pyrus chanticleer 3m height The trees are in poor condition with multiple cavities due to the need for regular pruning; the trees shed deadwood in high winds causing anxiety as the trees are near the dwellings. They cast excessive shade over the neighbour's property and residence, and the stems incremental growth is damaging the boundary fence.
