Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. Prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently close to house guttering/roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. Proposed removal of 2 trees close to our rear patio doors - 1 x Yew and 1 x Holly. The size of the trees have got a little out of control, with large amounts of debris / fallen leaves now falling on our living area. The trees grow inbetween 2 original large mature Scots Pine trees, which will not be touched. In addition to this, we have a large mature oak tree in a corner boundary, that while growing towards the light, is also growing predominantly over our garage/extension roof. We would like to ask for permission for a tree surgeon to take some of the weight out of the extremities of this tree, in addition to some heavy branches that are growing over our neighbour's boundary into No 9 Ferniehurst.
