Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

Area 1) rear field behind woodland. all tree's along fence line to be crown lifted to to 4.5m to re-instate Grazing for livestock and all boundary hedges to be trimmed back to boundary. Area 2) LHS Field alongside drive. All tree's to be crown lifted to 4.5m and cut back on lower boundary wall. T1) Beech lower hanging larger lym to be cut back to boundary overhanging shed roof. T4. Sycamore (on right hand side of garden, on boundary, picket fence has been erected with a gap to accommodate buttress roots) Much of crown overhanging adjacent property. Crown lift to clear sheds giving 4m ground clearance, remove major dead wood and inspect union at 3m. T9. Ash (close to rear left hand corner of garden, 5.5m from rear boundary wall. Large primary limb growing to South, overhanging roof of adjacent house. Crown reduce from 3-6m and remove dead wood

T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

(T1) Cotoneaster - Poor form, remove to ground level (T2) Prunus - reduce laterals over garden heading towards the house by 3.5 meters to reduce the risk of end loading and reduce stems heading towards left hand boundary by 3 meters to match epicormics, forming a new top crown. (T3) Apple - reduce in height by 2 meters to suitable laterals and formative prune remaining weeping crown by a maximum of 1 meter to improve form. (T4) Yew - remove branch leaning on shed roof (T5) Plumb - poor form self set, remove to ground level (T6) Goat Willow - reduce back from property by 1.5 meters, to avoid damage to building.

1. 2 x Leyland Cypress (T1 and T2) - Fell The trees are part of the boundary hedge between our house (No. 3) and our neighbours at No. 4. It is very close to both houses (actually overhanging our house) and very large. They are simply oppressive to both properties. The larger tree is already crushing our shed and making it unusable and, with age, branches have started to fall in high winds onto our roof.

T1. Ash. This tree is infected with Ganoderma applanatum and Inonotus hispidus, these bracket fungi are evidence along with the lack of foliage in the canopy that the tree's base is decaying, the tree has previously shed a large codominant leader, so we are applying to have the tree dismantled and removed, due to it's proximity to high traffic and foot fall. T2 Horse chestnut. This multi stemmed tree we seek to prune back the branches by up to 1.5m, off, of the neighbouring South side boundary roof, with maximum pruning cuts of no more than 75mm. T3 Lime. Remove deadwood on property side, along with pruning back the branches by up to 1.5m, off of the neighbouring South side boundary roof, with maximum pruning cuts of no more than 75mm. T4 Strawberry/Red horse Chestnut tree. This tree has significant decay at the base on the SW side, after using a nylon hammer I was able to conclude that the decay is more extensive than is visually evident and as such, I would like to thin the crown by up to 15% with pruning cuts of up to no more than 75mm, to lessen the sail effect and chances of future failure.

Approx Height - 15m Work required - crown lift to 2.5m above ground level Reason - To allow room for lawnmower. T6 - Elder & Sycamore - Left hand boundary Approx Height - 6-12m Work required - Crown lift to 1m above roof level level Reason - As part of continued maintenance T8 - Beech - Right hand boundary next to shed. Approx Height - 12m Work required - Crown lift removing 2 Lowest branches over shed. Crown lift to 5m above ground level Reason - As part of regular maintenance

T1, T2 and T3 (Sorbus trees located at front of property) - Reduce canopies by 1m to contain size and provide an aesthetic shape, crown lift to clear footpaths and road to highways clearance. 2.2m and 5m. T4 and T5 (Sorbus trees located in the rear of the property) - Reduce canopies by 1m to contain size and provide an aesthetic shape, remove lower limbs encroaching towards neighbours property. T6 (Oak) - Reduce limb growing over neighbours greenhouse back towards boundary and reduce remainder of western canopy to match. Reduce eastern canopy to balance crown and reduce limb to clear garden shed roof. T7 (Silver Birch) - Reduce eastern canopy removing up to 2m of canopy length to clear roof line

T126 - reduce 1m from low branch contacting shed roof to suitable growth point on lime tree overhanging from neighbours property. Reduce another limb by 1m to boundary from another lime tree overhanging from neighbours property.
