Reduce limbs of oak tree by 3 metres back away from roof of house and conservatory due to risk of limbs dropping onto house and debris dropping off tree onto house and to offer more light for the property (TPO/00371). All works to be completed to BS3998:2010 for tree works.

Main branches overhanging the roof cut back by 3 metres, branches close to the power cables cut back 3 metres, also a 20% crown reduction on oak tree 1 in the front garden, 4 metres from the house. Overgrown tree and branches overhanging the conservatory/ house need main branches over hanging the house cut back by 4 metres to the main trunk and 5 metre height reduction of ash tree 1 in rear garden, 3.2 metres from the conservatory. 5 metre height reduction and branch over hanging the garage cut back 4 metres on ash tree 2, 6.2 metres from conservatory.

T1 Elm between rear fence and footpath: reduce 4 metres laterally over house, up to approx. 10 metres, to increase light in house and garden, and minimise leaf and debris drop onto house and conservatory roof.

The tree has become large with a wide spread, overhanging the conservatory and house. The tree has had previous branch failure on the West Side. The work is proposed to reduce the tree from over the dwelling, and reduce the mechanical weight to reduce the risk of further branch failure. Crown lift to remove the dropping branches over the patio and garden, to allow more light to the down stairs windows. T2 - Scots Pine - Fell - The tree stands in the Cherry Laurel hedge in the rear garden. The tree is leaning towards the NE. There is concern over the severity of the lean, and the risk the tree poses to Aldershot Road, as it stands within falling of the Aldershot Road. My client has noticed over the years that the lean has become more and more severe, when compare the lamp post next to it. T3 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell - The tree is in poor health, with major deadwood present in the canopy. The tree is over hanging the Aldershot Road. T4 - Sweet Chestnut - Fell - The tree is in poor health, with major deadwood present in the canopy. The tree is over hanging the Aldershot Road. T5 - Scots Pine - Fell - Tree is dead.

The tree trunk is between 27 and 29 Holly Dell but grows predominantly over 27 garden. We have discussed this with 29 and they agree. Oak Tree - Crown reduction to prevent branches contacting the roof of the house and conservatory. The tree also needs to be balanced as it has grown predominantly over our garden at 27.

Fell Sycamore in rear - excessive shading; overhangs house; excessive fouling by birds and squirrels; excessive sap on conservatory roof and glass. I don't wish to replace, but, would like to keep part of the trunk. I think our garden is sinking as the tree takes all the moisture.

Backyard of my property, 12A Carlton Place SK7 6AG, Neighbour address Lane End House, Buxton Road Stockport. My neighbour has a very large tree ref no 214E tree no T16 which overhangs my property. The branches are physically touching the conservatory glass and are almost touching the upstairs windows. The fruit from the tree also consistently drops onto the conservatory roof and I am afraid the glass will shatter in time. I am not sure if a TPO is in place on the tree. Can you advise on the process needed to have the tree trimmed so that it no longer poses a threat to my property?
