T11 (TPO G7) Ash - Fell. Kretschmaria deusta present and associated decay to main stem significant. Suspected ash dieback. Historic limb failure, cavities and large sections of major deadwood. Due to proximity of adjacent tree population and proposed new landscaping associated with development site request to waive condition to replace ash tree (T11) proposed for removal.
